@@classicepisodesofcrimewatc9971 I def appreciate skill in any situation or craft but relax… The same way ID pound that sushi is the same way ID eat some fried chicken and rice and beans buddy and u should’ve seen my 99 year old granny so precise with that machete and and delicate with those beans mmmmmmmhmmm
Avi You really don't know that for sure. It's a part of Japanese culture to treat your food with respect and thankfulness. An animal killed for the sake of consumption is sacred in Japanese cuisine.
His patience and delicacy are remarkable. It's not slow, just artful and deliberate. It's a privilege to watch this master with such (blushing) intimacy. Thank you Travel Thirsty!
That's why they say "itadakimasu" before eating; to show their gratitude, respect, and honor for everyone and everything that is involved in the processes of food making until the food is served for them.
Incredibly well crafted. No wonder the sushi is always so very expensive. The workman hours and the final product take a very meticulous amount of time.
😅I loved this wonderfully honest narrator. Thanks to him this whole video moved along with a fast, friendly and honest clip. He did not warn to stay away from this fish nor did he try to use flowering words about it's flavor or taste. Terrific, just terrific.
Its like his soul is speaking through every knife stroke...That, "With your grace we can enjoy a beautiful meal, and by having your body as food, allow us to live and fill us with good spirit of living by the nature of existance❤." Almost like a ritual.
These videos are my happy place. The care, precision and heart that these chefs put into their sushi makes it a wonderful work of art. ..... And my stomach is totally SCREAMING at me right now. Why must I torture myself so much... *sigh*
If there was care, they would use a proper fillet knife to get the most meat out of the fish. Yeah it's great and all the guy is going slow as all get out with no glove but this is a step below professional in my opinion. Definitely not a novice or amateur but at the same time it could be better
Estou encanta com suas técnicas, super bem exploradas e sem falar com a qualidade da câmera, o que contribuem muito com o excelente trabalho. Parabéns pelo o canal e não nos deixe de nos presentear com suas habilidades.😙😙😙

i always watched this kind of videos before i go to sleep and when my friends know my habit they thought it's weird and kinda psycho >:( they just didn't know how satisfying this video is
Hoalah cak cak. Dadi wong jepang kok ribet men nek arep maem. Iwak sing keri dewe iku dadi IWAK PINDANG nek ning Indonesia. Nek arep mangan yo sing penak wae, gak usah diirisi sampek tipis2, lha gunane untu iku nek gak dinggo ngunyah dinggo opo hahaha. Eng: Why japan's people make difficult himself for eating something? They slice fish until make a thin sliced. They have tooth, are they not use their tooth for chewing food? The last fish is common fish in Indonesia. They often be maked for salted fish (not dry salted fish), so that fishes arent broken quickly. But i love this tradition :)
I really, really wish I could somehow like sushi. "If you don't like it, you just aren't having GOOD sushi." Well I went to a place and ordered some really expensive sushi and it was much the same experience. All the time, art, and work. They are soooo cute I wish I could eat them too! At least I can understand what it is like to enjoy it from the last clip. :)
Afsuse Afs someone who would remove your innards thenbrush your skin with a rough object before rinsey rinsey you in the sinkey? And then would gently remove your flesh from your bones?
@@thefox5301 shut the fuck up and realize England and America arent the only countries in the world. Most people speak Asian languages in the world, not English. By your logic, shut the fuck up and learn Korean
Hello everyone. The care and attention to detail this sushi master shows is unbelievable to me. Just for curiosity sake, can any one estimate what a meal like this would cost? I know it would be an expensive experience, but it would be one worth saving for. In addition to all of the fun a trip to Japan would be.
McRackin I always amazed how much blood a makeral can make. I can do a 30 inch fish one night and two tiny maks the next, and the clean up after the maks is always a bigger job.
