It is better than you can imagine! I highly recommend trying it! You’ll know the place has a good peking duck when the skin is thin and crunchy and the meat is super tender and juicy... ahh, my favorite!
However, Japanese Chinese food forms a different culture from mainland China. Ramen and dumplings, for example, are typical examples and are different from Chinese ones.
That’s not the authentic Peking duck. The authentic Peking duck actually have air blew into them So the flesh and skin are separated when sliced as a outcome. Also the skin looks too wiggly, it’s supposed to be crispy.
Chinese food .. Japanese touch. Masterclass. Everything looks clean and perfect ... typical Japanese. Dumplings look awesome and the doneness of the duck is just amazing.

@@FynnRosenzweig That knowledge is known throughout the world. I have a Japanese American friend in San Francisco who is very good with Cantonese cuisine. He is very good with dim sum. I believe he also worked for a Peking cuisine restaurant that serves Peking duck. That was how he learned to make Peking duck. But this ABJ dude doesn't eat much.
@@benthekeeshond545 that's like saying Americans cook better pizza than Italians lmao no matter how good he is in cooking Cantonese cuisine, its still too ez to find a better Cantonese chief in China or Taiwan the quality of product relates to the price, what you pay is what you get, most people in the world have never tried actually good Chinese food tho all they have seen is prob junk like panda express
