That fish is dead guys. He cut the fish's throat wide open, killing it instantly. All movements from the fish after that are just spasms. It's like when you slaughter a chicken...it doesn't just lay they're dead, it writhes around on the ground.

I get this fish 3 times when fishing, me and my friend cook that fish because we dont know if that fish is venom but nothing happen to us, we still alive until now 😄
The venomous part of this fish is at the base of the dorsal fin, and it will distribute once the fish is disturbed. Once they remove that section in the beginning of the video, the fish is kinda safe to eat.
Well, this fish can kill you, if it isn't prepared properly, so I will eat it only it the safest restaurants. Maybe I'm too afraid but I don't want to risk my life for something you don't soppose to eat :D

Only a certified chef will be allowed to serve the dangerous Fugu if it is the dangerous fugu and he is not certified, stay away. They're really serious with that stuff as it takes 10 years to get a license. Dunno about Uni though, I gues your eyes and nose would guide you there. Also, I've heard that Fugu isn't that special when it comes to flavour, as it's just a bit chewy and then there's the experience.
