How are you so informative? It's wonderful. I'm currently living in Japan and, honestly, a part of me just wants to get the Folio book so I can show my Japanese coworkers and gush together over it's beauty.

@@BeautifulBooks Really? What did you do? (Feel free to not answer that, since it's a personal question). I'm up north in Sapporo :) Btw, how do you find information on where Folio Society prints their books? It seems tricky to find out which printing houses they use.

no, i don't want no slugs Ah, I was in Yokohama about 10 years ago - fond memories! I’ve been a Folio subscriber for a long time, and I get my info all over the place - some of the details are in the magazines they occasionally produce and send out, sometimes the editors/authors/illustrators give interviews and write articles in other media, and the older books are often covered in Folio 60 (an anniversary publication about FS publications that came out around 10 years ago). The printing houses can change between printings, so the information can pretty hard to track down at times though...
