Honestly, Jar Jar becoming legitimately funny and useful is one of Dave Filoni’s greatest achievements as a creator. Okay, a bit of an exaggeration, but it’s honestly impressive how much Jar Jar was improved in Clone Wars.
@Maccus that because in the first movie, he was an annoying, clumsy goofball characters who only think for his stomach that caused trouble to the team, it a shame though because in the sequel he was meant to be a hidden villain, but due to the fan talking negative about him, they had no choice but to cancel him and removed him from star wars
Tbh i never got the hate for him in the films i spose it might be cus i was 5 when i first sore episode 1 but i never really got why everyone hated him. seeing the newer films i honestly hate kylo way more cus he is just a stroppy teenager like atleast vador even in the prequels grew as a character into his role as a villen kylo just seams to be the villen because he has a black outfit not because he actuly feels like a threat. also im on the side that cant stand his lightsabor im sorry ik its been said many times but it just looks dumb
It means that you will love young Amilyn Holdo in the Mandalorian and in star wars rebels season 5 and little Ben Solo too in the Mandalorian and even Qi'ra in the Mandalorian and star wars rebels season 5 ;)
I love how that clone drops the titles to call him Jar Jar for a moment. Jar Jar is just such a friendly guy that even soldiers are comfortable calling him by his name.
The Bombad Jedi episode was made by the guy who made the Cops parody “Troops” and wrote the Tag and Bink comics. That’s how cool Star Wars used to be. Fan talent was recognized and rewarded.
Just hearing that Phil LaMarr voiced Jar Jar in the Florrum and Blue Shadow Virus episodes is astounding. I couldn't even recognize his voice in those episodes.
Honestly the water battle episodes were pretty cool. It really made the gungans ability to live and breath underwater mixed with there weapons being effective in the same matter just turn out so good. I don’t think it can be stated how great the Clone wars really made all of starwars feel. Thanks to Cartoon Network for going ahead with it.
Do you think "Cyberpunk 2077" copied that idea? During underwater mission V starts to look too long at Panam's butt she ask him/her if it is an interesting view.
I nevered hated jar jar. Like I get why some hate him but he just a kind guy and he saved the other characters lives alot. Also when u take in on how his voice actor from the movie felt I don't hate him more.
There's been a popular internet theory about Jar Jar Bings being a sith lord also known as "Darth Jar Jar". It's been around in some circles for 6 or 7 years now. So to put it in basic terms Jar Jar is a powerful dark lord who is the true master of Palpatine and bestowed the power of emperor so he can watch the galaxy burn.
4:10 Jar Jar uses the force to kill a senator 5:53 absolutely an deranged sith jump 8:19 Jar Jar trying to bash a guys face in, and goes on a rampage 34:43 attempted murder of Mace Windu 34:49 Jar Jar assaults a random pedestrian 36:56 Jar Jar does a 10 meter backflip 360 no scope escape 37:33 Jar Jar fires a giant laser at a group of people and almost doesn’t flinch 37:51 Jar Jar attacks and chokes a guy asking for directions 38:13 Jar Jar perfectly performs a sith mating ritual This confirms Darth Jar Jar
0:42 Jar Jar force jumps up the ledge. He clearly falls down, and by the zoomed out view you can see it's not climbable, the construction is hanging in the air.
I will genuinely never get over the clones *tactically deploying Jar Jar to neutralize a pirate tank blockade* That commander knew what was about to go down, he knew that a literal ‘negotiation’ wasn’t about to happen. At this point in his life, Jar Jar Binks only ever fails upward.
I can't believe that's Phil Lamarr doing the voice of Jar Jar Binks in The Clone Wars. That's the same voice for Static from Static Shock, Jack from Samurai Jack, John Stewart in the Justice League cartoons and Kotal Khan in Mortal Kombat X and 11.
@5:15 No way that's on Ahmed Best. They They really need him to replace the voice here. Does anyone know if they did that on the DVD set? This episode actually really helps to salvage the character of Jar Jar And it's one of the rare moments where he shines. Ahmed really should be doing the voice here.
