@@HeEde. Yogg -> Random spells -> Twisted Knowledge -> Jaraxxus. I'm pretty sure you can discover hero cards. If not, there's always Random spells -> Thoughsteal -> Copy opponent's Jaraxxus.

@@sylphsylph2118 If your opponent coins a Morshan Watchpost on turn 2 against your agro deck and you don't have minion on board, what do you do? You can't play minions with 2 or less health. If you play a bigger minion and your opponent removes it, you are screwed. It's a REALLY good card

EU goldrank is 80% lunacy mage.14% beast hunter, 5% corruption warlock and 1% memes. It's a very unenjoyable experience, I'm glad Trump is showing more diverse matchups. edit: nvm I just reached the 11 minute mark

As someone who plays lunacy mage control warlock is easily lunacy mage’s worst matchup. Tickatus burns your cthun pieces if you are playing cthun and it’s difficult to burn warlock down due to the amount of healing they have.

Should probably replace siphon soul with 2x ogremancer for the mage matchup. It's also very useful for paladins that spam librams.

I've been running one Primordial Protector in a similar shell, and it's sort of insane. A lot of the time if it draws Nether it just wins the game, and even getting a random 5-drop off Siphon Soul is pretty OK. A bit tough to find a chance to play it vs board oriented aggro, but since most of the meta is Mage their board is usually clear anyway and then they have to spend a turn removing your stuff - or it just soaks up a bunch of Nagrand Slam dudes.

Wait strongman interaction is so weird. So corrupt complete change the card into a new one (hence the new inherent mana cost), instead of just adding the extra bonus on the card

It's similar to Druid transforming cards. It becomes a new card. This is why Druid of the Claw's bear form stays a 5/6 (previously 4/6) when silenced and why putting corrupted cards back in your hand keeps them in their corrupt form.

i play this deck with a roughly 75% winrate in mid diamond my personal inclusions are i took out siphon soul because there is enough healing and shielding already with all the early game. What i play instead is two ogremancers that card is so good vs spell mage it literally wins the game for you. Its basically is a watch post that can attack. Devastating for them and you see a TON of spell mage at this rank.

If strongman's base cost is set to 0, shouldn't it be immune to devolve effects? Other 0 costs do not change into different 0 costs when they are devolved.

jaraxxus is not what makes this deck broken. It's the fact that it's a control meta and tickatus with yash'yrash (however you spell it) along with cascading disaster is a busted combo that mix get the DQA treatement.

the watchtowers are actually pretty useless if you ignore them, you can even use them against the opponent by flooding their board with 2/2s late game. They're only good because ppl try to kill them.

I don't understand this fascination with the watchposts. I almost never lose against them, and normally when I do the player is just better than me anyway and most times they'd have ended up winning faster if they had a drop that could actually attack. Ogre Magi is superior in literally every way.
