I’ve watched a lot of whip videos from “professionals” but this was by far the best one. Very helpful and of course it’s helpful because you clearly know how to whip, your whips are insane I’d love to be able to do one half as well as you. Thank you.

Thanks for the tips Jarryd. I'm nearly 40 and after many years since I raced MX, I'm teaching my boys (4 & 8) some of the points of MX... sit where you have to, stand where you can, as a start. We all ride at Frankston MX park. I'll be following your posts.

That was probably the best explanation video I've seen. And! On a smoker. Wich to me whips differently from a thumper. I'm on a yz250 now and it reacts differently from my 350sxf trying to whip. A lot of guys don't tell you about the turning up the ramp. I feel it makes a difference. Thanks for the vid yall!

Beau Vandyke glad you like it! I think the 4 strokes do handle a little different than the 2 stroke, but both require the same motion. Just getting use to the different engine gyro!

Awesome explanation. My whips are c+ at best. I have never heard the bar lock and pull back technique before. Gonna try. I never have had that "I got feeling" with whips
