3 c. Water or Stock
1 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil ( may use Avocado Oil or EVOO )
1 1/2 Tbsp Butter
1 Packet Sazon
2 - 3 tsp. Chicken Base ( don't use if you use Chicken Stock, it will be too salty )
