Im not a big fan of him in general but I will say Dirt Road Anthem is one of the best country songs to come out in the last 10 years. In todays country music world its nothing but non stop cliche talk of beer cans and trucks. Corny songs fill the radio with all the try-hards but Jason's music really hits like the real deal.

Everyone screws up. The difference is that since he's a celebrity, he's a fish in a fish bowl. Almost everything he does is seen and blown up for the public to see and comment on. I don't think that anything he could say can justify what he did with Kerr, but I think that since he was unhappy in his marriage, he did the right thing by getting a divorce. Love his music, and while he screwed up majorly when he kissed that woman I can't stand the ridiculous amount of articles written claiming it wasn't the first time and saying nasty things about his wife as well... Gossip rags are 98% false but a lot of people take them as gospel. The simple fact is he made a mistake, owned up to it and suffered the consequences. But none of us know what was going on in his marriage that also contributed to the divorce.

Jason Aldean did a rap song. If people consider him country, i honestly don't want to see where country goes in the future. I listen to George Striaght, Hank III, and even George Jones and think "Damn, where did we go wrong?"

Drew Breault Yea, those are terrible. Songs like 'She's Country' and 'Hicktown' are his good ones. Hell, even 'When She Says Baby' was pretty hopeful. But his new single is complete crap, and with that, i lost faith in him.
