I love Jason, but he’s got some serious competition from Tyler Childers, Colter Wall and Benjamin Todd. All four of these names will be mentioned along the likes of Prine and Van Zandt.

The lady playing the Violin is the amazingly talented Amanda Shires. She is Jason's wife and the girl he is singing about in the song. Song is about Jason getting off booze/drugs so he could be with her.

Love this song which he wrote after his wife Amanda helped him get sober. Percy Priest is a reservoir outside Nashville and the Stones is the river it flows into.

@@ih8music Honestly, the landscape is littered with all-knowing record exec’s that turned down little known bands like, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Van Halen and on and on. Critics and reactions only feed their own egos. It’s what YOU like that matters.
