That's why I thought he should have taken first...charisma. Either you have it, or you don't. Xochitl was fantastic, don't get me wrong, but there was a spark with Jason. Maybe it's age, wisdom, or I don't know what.

Because it made it fun to see him join in, it was only for a few seconds. Derek is very knowledgeable about dancing and has made a good judge so far imo.

Because that is literally a line in the song where another guy joins in and said “I like to dance and it looks like this”…they could have picked anyone to do that part. It wasn’t really about Derek- in fact he probably was just really excited to have another opportunity to dance.
