What i'm really amazed by is how good these guitarists are. It's incredible how many great guitarists there are nowadays. 10 or 20 years ago any one of these guys would have been considered a virtuoso. Now it's just a common thing.
It’s kind of like the hair metal days (these guys are obviously way more diverse). But what I mean is every metal band in those days had guys who could shred their balls off. Then you had the grunge and nu metal days where guys tuned to drop D, C, and B and solos disappeared. And now progressive types have taken over and all the top guitarists nowadays can do everything, it’s great!
I think there have always been amazing guitarists out there. The internet is a great showcase for them, although there may be more of them now. It's just great that people are still playing real instruments in a time where it's no longer 'in Vogue'.

I don't know you Mr. Abasi other than from RU-vid but I'm damn proud of you. I love being alive to work hard every day and enjoy life. It looks like you love life as much as I do just from seeing how helpful and kind you are to these folks trying out your products. It's been a pleasure to watch these videos. So thank you to who ever posted these. The guitars look beautiful by the way.
@@MK4vDubbin quite a few guys in this genre are developing their own products to take their music further. Nothing against the Ibanez line... I'm an old guy, so I'm more of a mk1 scirocco guy myself 😎
its crazy how fast these guys can sweep and alternate pick between strings. im working on those methods hard everyday but these guitarists are levels and levels above what i will ever be capable of.

im definitely going to buy one before I die, just because Tosin was the first guitarist I saw on yt when I first started with my crappy classical guitar. Without him i wouldnt have gone down the progressive music and metal rabbit hole
I wont lie. The looks of this guitar body comes over as weird at first, but the headstock on the Larada looks pretty cool.I think ergonomically the cutouts on the body must make it one of the comfiest guitars ever.I hope i will someday get the chance to try one out.
Most of the chords are used by Mark Holcomb(Periphery),early Plini and Sithu Aye.I guess he learnt a lot of their riffs.Songs like Mile Zero,Scarlet,Pale Aura(Periphery),Paper Moon,Orm(Plini) and Solstice,Arrow+knee(Sithu) for eg. has most of the chords he uses.Check it out if you have'nt.

@@hhectorlector the guitars were getting too expensive to mass produce, so he would have to sacrifice quality so Ibanez could mass produce the guitars, that's why he left.
@James Melton Naa.. too many have already tried and failed to market the goofy looking guitar shape. I can think of at least 5 companies that have been around forever. This will be a niche product like the Parker Fly if he has the capital or backers to keep it around until he sells enough guitars to be profitable which could take a LONG time.
Dear friend a lot of companies have problems when they first start I'm simply going by the enjoyment of the artist playing if it is a quality product and he stays with it he will suceed he knows his peer s will tell him if its shit.

As you can tell, since they are still a company and are at fucking NAMM, they are going to start up production again soon. Do some fucking research before you go off an shit on someone else’s product. Brand new guitar companies almost always have problems with getting out their first batch of guitars, and this is no exception.
So let me get this straight: you have a booth at NAMM full of guitars for people to try, no straps on those guitars and not proper stool for people to sit on. Did I get it right?
Michael Sacamos Parody (Official Channel) he recorded the song on an 8 (he actually borrowed Misha’s 8 string to record), but didn’t have an 8 to use for tour, which is why he played it on a 7 with a drop tune set up on his Axe FX
