5'8" is considered average height . But who cares? Women don't. Men think women like pretty dudes and tall guys and sure there are some shallow ladies out there but most women I talk to not only don't care about height, they don't really care that much about "looks" AND a study came out recently showing women over forty think bald guys are sexier. So they don't even care about hair.. After all, they're not shallow like us dudes who judge women on looks almost exclusively. Men are their own worst enemies because they think women think like us and think the men we think are attractive, women think are attractive. So the lesson is this nen: do don't be so hard on yourself. Women might actually give you a chance if you just stop being a dude and start being a self confident man. And from my own experience, once I shaved off all my beautiful long curls and went total Yule Brenner, the quality of woman I attracted went from shallow women still stuck in highschool ideas of prince charming to real women with taste.

you should do a video on Steve McQueen's mysterious height- I have seen his full body wax image at the Wax museum at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco and he seems to be a very small framed short guy- however he looks ten feet tall in the movies. He looks 5 foot 8 max, he looks like a small guy in all his movies despite what ever camera angle etc, his body frame looks small, there is a photo of his gf wearing flat shoes and he still looks at least 2 inches shorter than her even though he his wearing higher soles and her max height claim is 5 foot 9.
