Jaw Plates 

I have Plates i have no clue what type though but i have twin plates! so one for my bottom teeth and higher! also i just got them in yesterday and im excited for my teeth to be straight again!!

its been 2 months since i had those bite plates on but i still dont know weather i should allow my lower jaw teeth to touch that plastic kind on thing which is on my upper jaw palatine . I normally just avoid upper jaw and lower jaw to touch and just intake liquid stuff or either i swallow food cause i dont know how to chew. JUST NEED HELP...
