I took this 2 weeks back - same colour , this is my second jawa , the first classic I bought in 2019 after a years waiting , sold the same and bought this one - ground clearance , exhaust note , riding position ans the fun of riding the modern retro is simply awesome . The authentic retro looks and road presence is impeccable. Down side could be the stiff back suspension . But loving it every time I took out this machine ❤

I also ride an old Jawa first in my life when I was in 10th std (my uncle's Jawa). Soooo easy to handle. Very smooth 2 stroke it was. Outstanding/beautiful shape! I have a 2020 Jawa classic now. There were losts of issues initially and i rectified almost all now. The main issue was inconsistent clutch performance. Basically, it is smooth and occassionally it becomes rough. But, power is awesome, and good control on roads! Suspension (front) was stiff but rectified now. The service guys never filled enough oil in it. All issues were with the service guys. Jawa Pathanamthitta is outstanding. I am very happy with them as I am peacefully riding it now. Completed around 15 thousand kms. Need to changge the chain and sproket. Hope I can change the new model's chain and sproket. Jawa Kottayam was very bad. I heard now they have changed all employees. Hope it will be better now. Jawa company must monitor their service guys very closely, if they want to survive in the industry. Hope the quality issue is now taken care. More features are not required for a classic vehicle. If more features, then you don't call it a 'Classic". My personal opinion - more features then more possibility of accidents as the rider pay more attention to the disply in front of him. For a bike it is dangerous, especially on our roads where most of the drivers are ignorant of the road ethics. They think road is their personal property and almost 75% of them show road rage!

2020മോഡൽ ഞാൻ എടുത്തിരുന്നു അതിന്റെ പ്രശ്നം ബാക്കിൽ ഒരാൾ കയറിയാൽ ചെറിയ കുഴിയിൽ വീണാൽ പോലും അടിഭാഗം തട്ടും, പിന്നെ സീറ്റ്‌ ലോങ്ങ്‌ ഡ്രൈവിന് കംഫർട് അല്ല, fuel indicator very bad കാരണം 500രൂപയുടെ പെട്രോൾ അടിച്ചാലും 5km വണ്ടി ഓടിക്കഴിയുമ്പോൾ സൂചി പൂജ്യത്തിൽ എത്തിയിരിക്കും എപ്പോഴും ടാങ്കിന്റെ മൂടി തുറന്നു നോക്കേണ്ട അവസ്ഥ ഇതൊക്കെ ആയിരുന്നു എനിക്ക് തോന്നിയ പോരായ്മകൾ. പുതിയ മോഡലിൽ അതൊക്കെ പരിഹരിച്ചു കാണുമെന്നു കരുതുന്നു.

350 cc മോട്ടോർ സൈക്കിളിന് ചേരുന്ന ശബ്ദം. പഴയ ജാവക്ക് ഗാംഭീര്യതയുള്ള ശബ്ദം ആയിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ അത് yezdi (ipzah) ആയപ്പോൾ പകരം അടി ശബ്ദം ആയി.

ഇത് ഇറങ്ങിയ ഉടനെ ഞാൻ test drive നടത്തിയിരുന്നു. അന്ന് തന്നെ എനിക്ക് feel ചെയ്ത കാര്യം, ഒന്നാമത്തേത് : hard shocks- (പഴയ yesdi -jawa യെ പോലെത്തന്നെ. പിന്നെ shocks ന്റെ elignment. കുത്തനെ. അതും പഴയ ത് പോലെ. പിന്നീട് തോന്നിയത്, വണ്ടിയെ മെരുക്കാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുള്ളത് പോലെ... ചെറിയ സ്പീഡിൽ ഓടുമ്പോൾ പെട്ടെന്ന് gear up ചെയ്യണം. ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ nocking. 3 or 2 gearil drive ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ, വണ്ടി control ചെയ്യാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട്. വണ്ടി കുതിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നു. പിടിച്ചിട്ട് കിട്ടുന്നില്ല. ചുരുക്കി പറഞ്ഞാൽ city ride മഹാ അരോചകം ആയിരിക്കും. Ground clearance, seat hight ഒക്കെ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചിരുന്നു. പഴയ വണ്ടി അതുപ്പടി copy അടിച്ചു വെച്ച പോലെ തോന്നി. പരീക്ഷക്ക്‌ ഈച്ച copy അടിച്ച പയ്യനെ പോലെ 😂. ഏതായാലും തിരിച്ചു വരവ് നടത്തിയതിൽ അഭിനന്ദിക്കുന്നു. 👍🏻
