Are you using the jambox to record audio? I can't hear a thing, your audio is SUPER QUIET

For me what worked was I did exactly like the video 1 turned it on 2 plugged it in while pressing the button 3 clicking the button multiple times 4 leaving it pressed for a couple of seconds 5 turned it off and turned it back on and then it started going red and white. And thats when it connected

This is crazy low volume. I turned it up to 100% and put the computer speakers up to my ear and still couldn't hear it.
