CLIP DESCRIPTION:
The shark starts to cause mass chaos by attacking any and everything in the water at the marine park.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
After a young great white shark finds its way into a sea-themed park managed by Calvin Bouchard (Louis Gossett Jr.), workers try to capture it. But the facility's attempt to keep the shark in captivity has dire consequences: A much larger mother shark appears in search of its offspring. Among those who must battle the angry aquatic killing machine are marine biologist Kathryn Morgan (Bess Armstrong), her co-worker Mike Brody (Dennis Quaid) and a pair of friendly dolphins.

The shark made a beeline right for Sean Brody, but chose his girl as it's lunch, luckily she escaped with only a leg bite. Yet in the next Jaws movie Sean meets his end in the Jaws of the last of these Sharks, which was strange since this woman had to coax Sean who was hydophobic in this movie to swim with her and to get in the boat, yet he's on a boat in Jaws the Revenge, I doubt he'd even go in a pond after Jaws 3, guess the director didn't think of that in the Revenge.

Steve it's not our fault that the shark is often ridiculed as a "blood thirsty beast" heck we are the monsters because we aggravate with splashing and motor boating, scientists have proven that splashes and big noises act as ripples, touch water and watch the ripples go out one sound can cause near by things to get a source of anger, in 2014, the us navy was using a sonar and it sent out harmful effects to fish which knocked them out and made sharks become territorial and more angry, alone 15 people lost their lives to a bull shark because of the sonars

Dennis Quaid later admitted that he was high on cocaine practically the whole time he shot this movie. I actually enjoyed this movie when I was a kid coz I didn't know any better haha. Can't beat the first Jaws movie though, a timeless masterpiece.

Seeing this takes place at SeaWorld, why was there no Jaws vs. Shamu scene? An orca battling a great white was hinted at in the first 2 movies, now they had the perfect opportunity to show it and passed it up.

It definitely could have done better. I liked the idea of a mother shark and its baby. Of course it's gotta be bigger since females are bigger than males. The realisation that the shark that killed was much bigger than they expected is quite terrifying

I wonder why the shark didn't kill Kelly here. It bit her in the leg, then took off. It is possible that maybe the shark was behaving like a real shark where it would bite once and wait for the victim to bleed to death before coming back. Of course, since Kelly was rescued and taken to the hospital, the shark missed that opportunity.

Another death scene here might have pushed the boundary of the PG rating for the film--one of the reasons the kills were toned down in "Jaws 2." The most graphic deaths in "Jaws 3"--FitzRoyce and Calvin's nephew--are already pushing it.

In the original Jaws the shark is 25ft long, the largest Great White on record is 20ft long. I think they stopped caring about the movies being realistic, especially by the time they got to the third one. Not a lot is known about great white breeding or their pups, but one thing we do know is that once the pups are born they have to fend for themselves, this whole plot line about a mother shark searching for her baby is made up crap.

they just a tip in case people find them selves in this kind of situation, claw at the sharks gills and eyes, also punching the nose, those are the most sensitive parts and will let go

I just noticed after decades that the water skiing ladies went from holding their handles to having them wrapped around their leg in the space of an instant. Also it could have eaten a water skier then across to eat Kelly then someone on the wooden platform. I've never had just one slice of pizza

A couple things..... 1) When all the waterskiiers fall in the water, none of them get attacked 2) Sean goes in the water after what he's experienced in Jaws 1 and 2. 3) I have to believe Jaws the Revenge pretends this movie didnt happen for a couple reasons a) Mike and his girlfriend arent together in Jaws the Revenge and after surviving that together.... b) after experiencing this there's no way Sean would ever get back in the water to be Chief of Police in Amity

Add that to the fact that it has only been 8 years passed since Sean was a toddler on J1. Now he’s almost a full grown man. And Mikey became a teenager in 3 years when he was just a kid in J1.
