People saying sad but just Jay's relaxed style. A welcome change from the dudes who have to yell at the camera and move their hands constantly while talking.
I think Jay was the best bodybuilder. He had a mix of every era. He was huge but never ever had something similar to a roid gut, every single bodypart was maxed out but it didn't look out of proportion. Doubt we'll see anyone who had the longevity.
Jay- You got that certain something that makes people want to see more of you. I've seen all the, "make longer videos" comments several times. I appreciate all the updates and you taking your fans into your life. Love to see longer vids myself, man. Keep killin the game brotha
Jay has really gotten much more personable and laid back since he stopped competing. He was such a machine during his competition years he was like a monk, which I respect. But it’s nice to see him come out of his shell :)
You are the greatest bodybuilder ever and a really great inspiration to me. I hope to be like you some day and I am working really hard for it. Thank you Jay cutler for all that you have done
@@iananthony2578 Take all the juices like him and train as hard as he did on his prime and I'll pay your $100 if you can move your ass to gym next day for another hardass workout.
84 LoneDreamer84 that's what you need to do if you're one of the biggest humans in the world . If you're an average gym goer then you can survive on 3 solid meals a day . Even tho I eat 5 times a day and see amazing gains . So whatever works
i like to start with 10 pieces of ezekial toast and 20 strips of turkey bacon.. agree with Jay breakfast, before and after training is most important meals
So after watching a lot of youtube fitness dudes and bodybuilders, Jay to me is like the king amongst these RU-vid and Instagram fitness and bodybuilders.
To be honest I loved the series where we seen Jay go to his tailor and the barbers and just did everyday shit. We seen him train and go get some tissue work done that for me was great we got to see the guy behind the muscle a bit and what an average day for Jay Cutler is like so for me I'd like to see more stuff like that I love to see them buying their food as it gives ideas for meals etc. So if @jaycutler sees this that's what me personally would love to watch
Another great video man! It's funny that you should say to pick someone who looks how you want to look and is similar to your body type cause that's inadvertently the exact reason I chose you lol. You seem like a really chill guy hopefully you'll come to Montreal soon and I'll have the chance to meet you.
Jay great advice about picking a pro thats similar to you. Both same height and weight myself and you before starting body building and same sort of body shape! Also from Massachusetts. Thanks again!
Jay I agree with you I learned from you eating two meals before my workouts is giving me crazy pumps I used to just go in the morning after oatmeal whey protein and a banana and now I go in the early afternoon I like it a lot better thank you
I'm in my 40s now but have been lifting off and on since I was 13. I started to do it for football and because I wanted to look good for the girls 😂. At this point I'm doing it to try and regain that "football player" look that I had, be fairly strong and lean out to look good and be healthy. I work out 3 days per week. Nothing crazy. And I eat 5 times per day if you count my late night protein shake or protein bar. It's a relief to know that I'm on the right track.
Def grow the beard out. You'd look like a freaking beast. Well more than You Do now. If that's possible. I know You do a meal prep company, but for those who can't afford that, could you show us how you would prep cook your food for the week? (I/E: Chicken, carb source etc..) keep up the great content!!
