Now after she has reflected on everything...she is beautiful on the inside and out. I also love to hear truth coming from frank and powerful black women giving clarity for the black community they come from. Just inspiring.

Tala May Girl, her cycle was damn near fifteen years ago and she wasn’t even that mean lowkey. She was nineteen, still a teenager, and had a lot of growing to do which SHE DID. She’s an 8th grade teacher now and does a lot of work for the BLM movement. Move on.
People grow. I wasn't a fan of her during her original season. I think it's okay to look back and call her a bully but you can't also say she didn't grow. She was a kid and tbh she probably didn't realize heather's asperger's was a thing. She probably didn't understand it and that's why she was so mean. I dont agree with erasing her behavior during her season but I also dont think you can just judge her based on that one moment cause it's not her now and she has obviously grown and learned so much. She's not the angry , black woman like the show wanted us to believe. She was a kid and then later she was given an unfair villain edit.

I remember reading a loooooooong time ago (I think I read it in a RU-vid comment) that Bianca and Kayla were eliminated together because they both stood up to the producers doing shady things to the girls. That was a long time ago.
Yeah I rewatched this cycle a few months ago and beyond her refusal to do the bathtub thing, the majority of her drama was her ending shit, not starting it. That whole conflict with her and Shannon was literally just Shannon assuming Bianca was going to go on the offense and freaking out for no reason. It makes me wonder how much of Bianca’s personality on All Stars was literally just an edit.

bellmsky I miss Lisa Jackson from Cycle 9! She participated as a model for Project Runway years ago and her designer won the season! :,) Ali is good she gets along with anyone, so for someone to diss her? Obviously that person got issues! As for that incident, the All Star cast didn’t spill tea, it’s pretty much as it is. I think Shannon is extremely sensitive and the competition’s condition didn’t help!
Nah I'm still more salty about Whitney and Saleisha. Based on Lisa's overall performance and results alone, she deserved it imo but she is obvi not the most likable.

For everyone who’s wondering- Lisa went on a bonkers attention seeking IG post rant. She lied about Allison not passing her psyche eval and clearly has PTSD from being a “not real winner”. She lied and said she told Jay to choose Allison (like he took her advice). She’s a hypocrite and should sink back to irrelevance. Allison is actually love and light and has stayed friends with everyone.

Agreed. She could have shared her views and the pain she felt without making lies and acting a fool and tagging BLM and being a hypocrite. Everyone gets an opinion, but there’s no space for lying and attacking. I love the shad from Bianca and Jay and I’m glad Allison has a good life away from Lisa.

One fight I remember from All Stars is the Bianca V Lisa over Shannon. Bianca just asked her if she divided the time for the phone up correctly, Shannon started to cry- for whatever reason- and Lisa started a fight with her. Like if Bianca was straight up picking on someone, I would get it but this made no sense. And this is coming from someone who wasn’t a fan of Bianca originally. But I do feel she was part of the angry black woman edit. She deserved better.
That's actually made me impossible to like Shannon...even after her live with Adrianne...and after Bianca said she understood that they came from different background... And tbh the 1st time I really wanna slap Lisa on the face, while I didn't even dislike her at all in cycle 5.
They wanted to keep the same story line from her original season to create some kind of story line. Obviously they didn't want her on top because they gave her the villain edit. I think based on her previous season and feedback, instead of allowing her to show redemption they made her out to be super combative and mean. It sucks. She must have learned so much since her first time on t.v and they just did her dirty

I noticed that bianca just asked a question and the girl started crying like I don't want to fight bianca was just asking a question. i didn't like bianca but noticed that that white girl wanted to be model and didn't want to model in underwear but wanted to be a model she just didn't make sense
This feels like Jay is having a live session with himself. He should have let Bianca tell her story, which is literally the point of this session. How many more times should we be reminded that he is not involved in the creative production? We get it. YOU WERE NOT INVOLVED. Sorry for what I am about to say but those chats rub me the wrong way. Not the guests, but Jay. I mean: 1) Jay was so much part of this problematic show. He actively participated in the drama sometimes fueled it. I remember his interviews on the show when girls were having a meltdown about their makeovers, he totally dismissed their feelings and sometimes sent them home for acting like brats. And now he is telling us that he sympathized inside and had nothing to do with it. Come on now. We know that he was doing his job but he never backed down and was even zealously doing it. 2) He is clearly downplaying his responsibility in it, "the producers did this, the higher sphere wanted that". Be a man, speak up or leave. But I guess the money was great enough to play along and hang around for like 15 seasons. He is an hypocrite. 3) is being petty in doing those chats and is not spilling all the tea. He is at best promoting his book and lets the guest spill the tea for him. Those interviews as well as this show are wrong in so many levels. SMH.

The difference is that Tyra was that self-promotion machine for most of her life, practically jer entire public life. Jay really only started to self-promote because he has a novel. This entire Jay's Chat was an avenue for that and through that, quite a bit of tea has been spilled and we lapped it all up.
Why Lisa won confuse me because remember the prizes : Express Fashion Campaign : Allison did great , Angelea best photo and Lisa bottom two Extra interview with Mario: Allison did great and both Angelea and Lisa did poorly Covergirl : they all did well Vogue Italia : Allison had the vogue italia look but they all did well .. in the end , to me , Allison did better then Lisa ... So Allison should have won hands down ..
It came down to Covergirl. Covergirl said they would book Lisa and Angelea but not Allison. Allison's Covergirl photoshoot was not good, which is a shame because she did so well in most of the other photoshoots and challenges.

What I’m learning by watching all of these former antm girls spill the tea, and watching jay spill the tea, is that we don’t need to blame Tyra and act like ALL of it was her fault. I think a lot of producers desperation and greed got in the way of the original vision and mission statement of the show, and the girls were just a tool for them to make good tv, which is sad because it was much more than that to the girls
there was a runway challenge in this cycle where they jenners/kardashians were the judges for that challenge!! the girls were modeling their new clothes

Tbh everything about bianca screamed winner to me. She had such a strong presence, even as the "problem starter" you couldn't help but fall in love and wait for her to kick their asses. She just had that it girl ora and I honestly thought she was the only model that ever looked like a my scene doll on sight. Plus she looks like brandy so its like baby, what don't yall see?! You can tell that she has really grown. Bianca was by far a superior model, but her attitude and her portrayal on America’s Next Top Model was sheer ugliness. I don’t know if it was the Brooklyn edge or her naturally mean, but this woman that stands before us has BLOOMED beautifully. She’s more eloquent in her delivery and more soft. Now i feel so bad for the all stars models because they were there to prove something or maybe redeem themselves but they ended up being played by the exec producers just to bring up the rating of the show.
Ok, I can't. I truly can't. 30 minutes in, he brings it back to his novel *yet again* and I'm just.... I get it, dude. I write too and I understand you're excited, it's on your brain right now, you're probably way more interested in it than this cycle you didn't really enjoy doing in the first place but it's just... It genuinely feels like this video solely exists to promote your book, and I can't.
I think the whole Jay's Chat solely exists to promote the book. I don't think he thought that this series was going to go so well with all the antm fans/haters. I almost wish he would promote the book in the beginning or the end and then just be a proper interviewer for the rest of the video - let the guests talk. That's why we're here.
miinty fresj I honestly believe he is still not allowed to talk about the show. Notice that he only confirms “tea” that was already confirmed by someone else. Like Angelea being the winner and getting it taken from her one month later. Like every ANTM fan knows that. Or he tells some unknown things that were never important to the story of the season. The story about André falling in the hotel for example... like how does that add anything to the madness that all stars was. I feel like he is using those lives to try to make himself look better and abstain from the messy shit about top model. April from cycle 2 reveled some interesting things that were denied by him on his lives before. And even Miss Jay not taking part on the videos anymore for sure has something to do with them not being able to talk about behind the scenes.

I hated Bianca the first time I saw cycle 9, then I rewatched a couple of years later and a few months back and I see her in a very different light. At that point I wasnt aware of the power of editing, Im an editor now so I fully get it and Bianca is now one of my favorite ANTM contestants.

Damn..... Jay gets more shady with every chat.... One minute he says "it's the production vision", than another "Tyra wanted it so bad". I think he is bitter by the way it all went down, he wants to be shady but knows PR wise in doesn't look good, so he throws a little comments here and there but for the balance says nice things about Tyra.
Allison is the ultimate fan favourite, if she'd have won after Angelea was disqualified it would have delegitimised her so much. "Robbed" is better than "fake winner".
