hearing him talk about the different training phases is so inspirational; sprinting, weights and plyometrics. I know we love to joke about the secret being in our ground provisions, but our athletes even the juniors work so hard in the dark. Hard Work is the real secret lol

I am glad he spoke about his INDISCIPLINE. That is what I OBSERVED with the Men both in TRACK and FIELD and SOCCER. The Women are more DISCIPLINED and that is why they are LEADING in SPORT. They are not hurting anyone but THEMSELVES.
