Thanks so much for checking out the list, biggie! I'm still improving it non-stop, so your gameplay and feedback is very valuable. I'm happy to help if you experience issues and I'm also quite open and supportive of others improving on the list. So if there's a mod you want to add but can't figure it out how, I'm just a message away haha. In the case of Wheeler, it's just a matter of dropping it in, and there's no reason not to install it if you enjoy it, so definitely go for it :) On the camera issues: The author of Improved Camera seems to be working on a big update and I think it will improve the occasional glitches with the first person camera, so that's something to look forward to in a future update. In the meantime, I will play around with the current settings to make it less likely for the camera to freak out. Anyway, thanks for downloading and testing the latest version! I hope you end up doing a full playthrough at some point, I'd love to watch!
Hey Jay, much appreciated. I did a long stream of it this morning and had a blast. I plan on continuing it. Yeah wheeler would be cool but I'll probably wait on the MO2/Wabbajack port as I'm more comfortable at this point with tweaking on there. Had a great time overall. It definitely took me out of my comfort zone but in a good way. Love the attention to detail. :) keep it up, you've done great work.
I downloaded the list last night and it literally is great only got 2 ctd’s at first but it runs good and the gameplay makes it seem like a new game, he never miss with his mods are mods list thanks for showing us this because I wouldn’t have known he put a actual list out! And it works
I don't use any grass mods so I wouldn't know how they look with Northern roads but I get what you mean about the road textures themselves seeming a bit out of place for Skyrim. I wish there was a patch for Northern Roads and Blended Roads or a mod that just adds the roadside points of interest from NR which is what I like the best about that mod and why I still use it.
A lot of advantages. Wabbajack runs on Mod Organizer 2 which is better for many reasons. It gives you more control over load order and plugin order. MO2 also has portable instances. With Vortex, swapping between lists is often buggy, leaves behind files and requires you to keep the archive. With MO2 you can remove archives and have your Skyrim folder completely clean. With the Stock Game function, you can also run older versions of Skyrim on one list but newer versions on other lists. Finally, MO2 in general seems less buggy.
I was playing it until the last update broke my save file it’s an awesome collection but first person needs a lot of tweaks. The plus side is it has all the mods that let you claim bandit camps and forts and immersive mods. Personally I’d like it if it had a option for better textures for people with nicer pc’s. Overall it’s a super solid list.
@@biggie_boss yeah the people are super normal looking, I just mean it could have a option for like Skyrim 202x texture pack or parallax or something for people with nice gear. List runs super good on the community textures setup as well.
Love your quick reviews, but Biggie please try to show us some third person pov combat (even if it's just 30 seconds). I know how most people enjoy playing it in 1st person, but with all the new MCO and other combat animation mods, I really love to see what 3rd person looks like when I decide to pick up a list to play. :) Anyways, thanks for the review, great vid as always!
Yo I’ve been watching your videos for a long while. I appreciate you delving into all these mod lists. I got frustrated watching this vid. There are hot keys for potions which is what I think you wanted during that bandit encounter where you mentioned adding Wheeler. The compass is unlocked through skills of the wild. All of this info is on the mod page. It’s not a lot to read. Please please if you do a quick look video of Gate to Sovngarde, read the page first so you can showcase the vision of the author accurately.
Ah it has that compass perk thing? Interesting. To be fair, this was my first time playing the list so I just wanted to jump in. It wasn't a quicklook or anything like that.
That list is pretty tricky to get running right plus takes a long time to download. Really with the vortex list dudes would also port to wabajack as it’s a lot faster and easier to use.
Ah ok yeah I installed it just fine got about 2 hours in so far. Yes vortex is slow as hell only installing one mod at a time. Wabbajack is definitely better. The list seems cool so far though for a requiem list.@@biggie_boss
again one of these modlist that adds 1200 retextures to shit you'll take a look at for 3 secs than completly ignore, but in the meantime it takes 6 hours to dll and install...
