Clearly, JayTechTV mentally NEVER grew up. AT ALL. He's a Peter Pan supporter in the worst possible way. On a side note, I was one of those people who gets upset every time a Wii U exclusive comes to the Switch. I was strongly considering selling my Wii U ONLY because I didn't spend enough time with it and because it was a commercial flop. Then I found out that the biggest thing that made me reconsider my choice was the fact that the new versions would be full-priced, not discounted. DON'T CALL ME A NINTENDO ELITIST FOR SAYING THAT! I also happen to be a very knowledgeable PC gamer and I refuse to buy into an Xbox One or PS4 primarily because they are literally just PCs in disguise.

As a PlayStation fan, NOT a fanboy, there is a difference, and as someone who grew up with the OG games, seeing the trilogy on other platforms is gonna be very hard to get used too. However, though it is gonna take some time, at the same time, I just want to say that I’m very happy that anyone, regardless of what platform they play on, can now be able to enjoy the classic trilogy if they’ve missed out on it as a kid, or interested in the game, but don’t want to buy another console just to play it. This is also perfect to the people who switched from Playstation as well as some of them do not need to come back. Now, ANYONE can enjoy these classic games, regardless of what console they play or what preferences they have. If you missed out on the games as a kid because you had an N64, now is your chance.

If the game box doesn't have "Only on Playstation" label on it, even if the game is currently exclusive, it means the game will come to other platforms at some point. It happened with Nioh, now it happened witch Crash Bandicoot. But Sony fanboys refused to believe.

I remember that jackass once told me that we, as gamers, have a responsibility to buy games the day they come out. As if I ain't got bills to pay or something. lol. These old JayTech videos haven't aged well at all. Nearly all these PS exclusives he said will never come to PC, have got a PC port. Now Spider-Man and Miles Morales is coming to PC. Heck it's not even the PS4 original version of Spider-Man we're getting. It's the PS5 remastered version.

I'd love to have Bloodborne on PC, so I don't have to lend a Playstation. Hmm... Maybe Jay should hold on to it like he did with Nioh, Nier and Crash? Could it be that Sony mocks him?

I’m 23 years old. I have an awesome PC with a 1080 Ti, i7. I have hundreds of games on steam. I own a Switch, 3DS and a PS4 with dozens more games. Not to mention my humongous library of games I revisit on older hardware or through emulation. I’m a hardcore gamer who plays loads of different games and genres. I take this hobby seriously because I love video games. I’m not a PC gamer. I’m not a console gamer. I’m not a handheld gamer. I’m just a gamer. I enjoy all kinds of games in multiple different ways. But I can’t for the life of me understand how someone like Jay, a grown ass adult gets so attached to a piece of hardware. A piece of plastic that plays games and worships a brand to the point that he limits himself to a corner where he won’t be able to experience any other great games that exist outside of his Sony pony bubble. To the point where he actually doesn’t believe that you are a true gamer unless you meet his parameters for what he thinks a gamer is. When I see this kind of behavior all I can think about is a little child in the sandbox telling other people that his hot wheel toy is the best and everyone else aren’t REAL kids unless they have his little toy, and pushes other kids out of the playground. He actually has the mental maturity of a child. At this point It’s actually not funny anymore. It’s really sad.

i like the direction that microsoft is taking. now both xbox and pc gamers are able to play more games and even together. wish more companies would do more things like this. personally the only exclusive i'm interested in that i don't have access to is bloodborne. if that came to the pc and xbox many more people would be happy. wish more companies would be pro consumer instead of being greedy and keeping it on one system, but sadly this is the real world

I love my XBox One X but I found it redicolus and a shame for all of us when Crapgamer started ranting when it was announced that Quantum Break would come to Windows 10 PCs too. Same now with Jay Tech and Crash Bandicoot. And what has Crash going multiplat to do with Spiderman? Its not even the same genre... Consoles exist for the sole purpose of selling exclusives and exclusives exist for the sole purpose of selling consoles, so if it wasn't for exclusives you would have a fraction of the console gamers.

Time exclusive are actually pretty good idea in a development perspective as you get extra funding and eventually release for all platform.

PS4 has a strong and healthy amount of exclusives already with more coming on the way so losing Crash isn't that big of a deal and the game was already known to be timed exclusive since it first came out.

Only reason I care about console exclusives at all is to give me a compelling reason to buy that console. But if I can have the games I want on any console then it doesn't matter which console I pick. That being said, I never expect a 3rd party game to stay exclusive.

See, here the reason why if a person thinks that a game could only be exclusive to one console is bullshit. When a company creates a game, the most likely reason why they are tied to 1 console is because of contracts. I think that what he fails to realize that the goal is to make money on as many platforms as it possibly can. Of course that there are other factors like graphics, controls and the like. Here's the one thing that's really going to piss people off later down the line. When a console edition comes out and it gives them the game plus special features that are, in rare occasions, better than the "vanilla" version, then, it's basically feels insulting to them. At the end of the day, enjoy the games that comes your way and when it comes to another console or even to the PC, don't be an elitist and let them have the same enjoyment others have had. At the end of day, companies made their games for the enjoyment of all... Except for the companies that places microtransactions out the arse. They can go suck a galactic sized lemon flavored brick.

The reason why he's upset is because he chose to buy a ps4 and now that it has 1 less exclusive he's annoyed because theres less of a reason to get 1 and he's cheering for the ps4 in the console war so if it loses an exclusive he gets annoyed and cries about it in a video and tells everyone to stop wanting these games so the ps4 gets more sales but when another exclusive from a different platform comes to the ps4 he gets happy and laughs at the other people on those platforms even though they do not care that the ps4 got a game

In today's time there's no reasons to have exclusives. PS4 games can be ran on Xone and PC so they should also be there. Switch lacks power so it's understandable why some games wouldn't be ported.

I'm ashamed to admit, I used to be upset about exclusives going multiplat. Then my balls dropped and I stopped caring about exclusives.

4:22 - I don’t think that’s completely true. If I remembered it correctly, and I may be wrong here, they said that it’ll be releasing on the PS4 first before it would be releasing on other platforms. It would explain the box art not having the “Only on PlayStation” banner on it. I suppose it would make sense too since these are remakes of a trio of games that were exclusive to the PlayStation 1. So I wouldn’t really put it against him for being ticked off on it coming to other platforms. But on the other hand, the thought of playing the first 3 Crash games on the go on the Switch is something I never thought I would’ve ever wanted, nor would it have been something I’d have ever expected to happen at all.

The PC has no need for exclusives, no one is buying a PC for exclusives as is the only reason to buy a console.

Frankly, If all games aren't going to be an all gen consoles/PC then I'm fine with exclusives. Why should they get the only reason My specified platform gains 3rd party support and doesn't make the whole market poorly optimised PC games.

I’m a PC gamer that has all current gen consoles. What made me upset about a lot of Xbox One games was not that PC gamers could play them, but that it makes owning an Xbox One nearly pointless lol.

I like how people forgot that the n-sane trilogy was never an exclusive to begin with. Go watch the E3 it was anounced in, and they say "it will "arive first" on ps4".

It's fun coming back to this video, cause this is one of the several games JayTech said would never come to PC, that have actually come to PC.... Get fucked JayTech. XD

Just a heads up, for crash specifically, there is actual legitimate reasons for the game being exclusive. 1.All games dice the first 3(not counting crash bash) have been multiplat, and either buggy, glitchy, or on some consoles, there are entirely exclusive bugs. Hell, since they had to port Crash Bandicoot Twinsanity to 2 consoles, they had double the work laid out. This not ONLY made the game a big buggy mess, but the developers had to cut entire WORLD'S from the game. And, in fact, if you look closely at some of the in game cutscenes, you can see where some of these levels would begin. In fact, through the glitches we learn that at one point another playable character may have been planed (As for some reason the game will randomly softlock during one section, but if you manage to pause in time, where crashes life counter would be, there's a placeholder gem icon.) So, they cut entire levels, they cut entire side plots, they cut entire portions of the game out (which Dr.Cortex at one point decides to break the 4th wall and sy you were SUPPOSED to go to 2 dimensions. But because they ran out of time) They cut out an entire alternate over world, and to add to that, apparently (on the Xbox version at least), you can not go back to your timeline once you go to the other dimension. So i'mma guess THAT was cut too. They even cut a hover board segment from the game entirely. You can actually FIND the hover board in the beginning area. It is invisible and highly glitchy however. Not to mention you have to glitch the game just to acess it. But here's the thing, had they just focused their efforts on ONE console, and THEN worried about the port, or just kept it exclusive, they could have not only fixed a lot of the game breaking bugs that have become their own fucking catagory on youtube, but they also could have implemented most, if not all of the cut portions. Seriously, all you have to do is look at the cutting room floor page for Crash Twinsanity and you'll see a FUCK TON OF CUT CONTENT. They cut a dream world, which if I'm not mistaken they left the model for it in the game, but it is unfinished, they also had a portion where you'd go into cortexes mind. A segment where Crash and Cortex would have their personalitys swapped. Although this specific example was actually cut for a different reason, so they could have an alternate version of crash simply called "Evil Crash", who kidnaps Cortexes daughter/niece.

Personally I thought making exclusive titles nonexclusive would be great. Share the game you love with as many people as you can. If Hyperdimension went Xbox and Switch I would love it. Steam has them and PC players everywhere are getting joy from one of my favorite series of all time. Not to mention Compile Heart and Idea Factory will be able to bring even more to us thanks to more sales from wider accessibility

Hell I own both a pc and PS4 I will say this. You see I'm glad people can play it like my brother he grew up with the Sega Genesis, PS1, PS2 , then he got the 360 and One and now he can replay his childhood without needing to play it on my PS4 and with the news about Spyro after Spyro comes to the PS4 the year later it will be on all platforms so anyone can replay there childhood. Also I am definitely rebuying Crash on PC for 60fps and Mods P.S. nice choice of background music and the Ice cap zone music made great for the outro

As more exclusives from Microsoft and Sony platforms have also been available on PC at launch or at a later time, I've had less and less reason to buy their hardware. The last system I see with exclusives I'm interested in is Nintendo but most of those are just ports of Wii U games I already own, so I've continued to wait-out the whole console generation, sticking to PC gaming and having a fun time.

Funny thing that Tweet from JTech stated that Nintendo fans will be bragging about Crash in the new smash. Im a big Nintendo fan and 101% sure that crash will not a character in smash in the near future.

I hate exclusives. Just think if every game was on every console and PC. This stupid platform war would turn into which has the best hardware/network, instead who paid the most for the most popular exclusives. Let the consumer play where they choose!
