This isn’t all about the Copex shear, it’s all of the things from last week that I couldn’t fit in my weekly video. Our old Foden dumptruck, built in Sandbach in 1967 is still working, as is the Jones crane, busy breaking cast iron with 1.25 tonne ball, that is badly misshapen after being dropped from 40 foot tens of thousands of times. We have our own wagons and hauliers loading and delivering scrap, at the very end there’s our new non ferrous baler baling copper and aluminium cans this (Saturday) morning, a few people wanted to see more of the non ferrous side of the business. I have a much longer, predominantly Copex, video to upload later, it’s been a busy week and we’ve had a few problems, finding time to stitch together dozens of short clips is time consuming and there maybe the odd glitch that I’ve missed in my haste.
