Can you make a video on how to reset JBL C100 TWS, my left earbud turns on but it does not sync up with the right one. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks:)
@@arivuazhagan977 bass and sound quality also mainly depends upon the proper fitting. Just try changing the eartips and make sure that it snug fits your ears
Sir g it's very simple ,disconnect buds from the device,press the buttons on bothe for more than 8 seconds to ensure both buds are off,then turn on both by pressing for more than 5 seconds,finally bress both the buttons simultaneously 3 times in quick succession.your job is done .I did it myself after wasting almost more than 2 hours watching useless videos,I would have made video myself to help people out there I think this comment should suffice..
Don't mind my language but how is it possible jab k aik earbud hay he dead there is no light on it when I did what you told then my left earbud started blinking in red and blue colours but the other was off . and I did that simultaneously but koi faida nahe hoa mein kal rat say try kar raha hon aur almost utube ki isay related sub vids delkh chuka hon per kam nave hoa solution nae mila
Plz tell me does mono mode is available for both the earpods Or only for the right one, bcz when I am connecting them separately the right one is getting connected but left one is not connecting with Bluetooth, but they are connecting as a pair when I connect both
Hey bro, I'm having the same problem but on my right ear bud.... I tried contacting Flipkart but I couldn't and they're rather saying that this product does not have a return policy. I'm so frustrated!
@@imsassy I wrote a complaint to Flipkart which they said they would reply within 72hrs and so they did, they connected me with Harman service center and since their troubleshooting techniques didn't work, they asked me to send the product over to their center for repair/ replacement. Don't worry bro, the pandemic is causing delays but they're trying their best to satisfy their customers. Contact Flipkart or JBL customer care which you can easily find in Google. All the best
Brother I got the same problem just it worked absolutely well for two months just now charge of my left earbud ends for some time it charges but light was not blinking. I put both my earbuds for charge and when open it left one was not working at all. What to do now can you tell me ?
It seems there is some glitch with these earbud's microphone. It doesn't work on zoom calls, whatsapp, and the sound recorder app. But it works while attending a normal phone call. I have checked the app permissions, they are fine. I am facing this similar issue on the laptop. I can hear the sound properly but the mic doesn't work sometimes on such apps.
Only one day after left earbud was not pairing with right earbud. So, I tried many times then I found the solution of this problem. which I wanted to share with all. Actually we need to do factory reset, for which you should 1. turnoff you mobile phone bluetooth. 2. Press earbud buttons 4-5 times in quick succession, repeat this 2-3 times, then you will see, Earbuds automatically gets turnoff. Means your earbud is reset. now turn it on. you will see both earbuds automatically gets connected to each other, then left earbuds light turn in to blue color. Now connect earbuds with mobile. that's all.
Thanks for your troubleshooting procedure. Mine left one was like dead and there was no light. I called Harman cust care and they guided me for factory reset. Nothing worked and so returned.

Bhai ek help chaiye ye jab m buds ko case m daalta hu to light band hi n hoti h jab case s nikal deta hu tb thodi der baad band ho jaati h kaise band kru bhai light
hey... just found the solution yesterday... turn off bluetooth of your phone or any device nearby... get both the buds to paring mode (where the continuously blink blue and white) as your situation left one is already in pairing mode so to get right one in that mode... just long press the button till it powers down... and then long press again untill it starts blinking blue and white after they both are in Paring mode... press both buttons 5 times they will power down now just power them both on by pressing for 2-3 seconds and they will connect to each other.... repair with your phone and its done

Bro i have been using this for 2 months and while using it suddenly the left ear bud stopped pairing and is not charging as well. The left ear bud can be heard some times when i put it back in to the case and take it out again. Will the jbl replace me with another set of buds or can i ask them for a refund /ask them to provide me with another product? I purchased the product from flipkart btw
Sorry to hear bro, since you own them for 2 months, Flipkart is out of topic and only JBL service center can help you. It has a warranty of an year, so might be they will check and replace them.
Just do what Im saying ok.. first disconnect and charge full then pull out first tap 5 time right and wait when right burd lightup white and blue then tap 5 time left bird and wait 5 sec and then charge them for 5 sec ..then connect ⏩

Do the trouble shooting bro as I showed in my video. If still not working, call Harman customer support and u can get it replaced under warranty of one year.
Pehle trouble shooting Karke dekho. Nahi thik hota, agar new Kiya hai toh return policy use Karo, nahi toh 1 saal ki warranty ke liye contact Karo Harman cust care.
Music quality aur sound bahut badiya hai Bhai, bas Mera badluck hai ki mujhe defective piece milaa. Aap le sakte hai, par shayad JBL ne ye model band Kiya. Not very sure though.
When you reset using the tapping method, i.e tap one side 5 times and other side 2 times. What happens is the one tapped 5 times gets reset and is unable to pair with left one, which still is looking for the older right. So the solution is, just reset the left one too, pith them both in the charging case. First reset right one, tap it 5 times and the left 2 times, then reset left one by tapping it 5 times and right one 2 times. This resets both. They will get paired with each other now. Try to pair with some other phone, and if it's the same issue, just reset the earbuds as I have instructed in my video. And if still not working anyway, just replace it under warranty.
