Cześć, głośnik nie dawał dźwięku- uszkodzony jeden scalak- przetwornica- miała około 60 Ohm rezystancji i nie pozwalała pracować drugiej- wymagana wymiana wadliwego układu. Daj łapkę w górę i suba! Pozdro
Oh my god! It's work for me. I just remove the ic with cutting players.( Without any soldering iron or hot gun). Then no sound issue has gone!!! It's now working fine. Thanks you so much! 🇧🇩
ok, so guy have explained that by using hot air he did removed one component like converter/inverter closer to the battery. This one has 60ohms resistance which is to little and it was blocking the work of the 2nd converter/inverter thingy. On the next part/video you'll see that by removing it this speaker came alive. He said to remember that power amplifier start to works from 10V minimum.
Hi i have JBL FLIP 3 SE and it’s not working in bluetooth, but in Aux it’s working fine, the bluetooth light doesn’t even blink it’s just steady white, what could be the problem?
I was about to shove the device into bin (also no sound at all), but decided to try it your way. I saw 3.8V at VOUT of U600/U602 (they are joined into DCDC_OUT), but I didn't see 60Ohm anywhere... where did you meter it? Across U600 VIN/VOUT, or...? Well, long story short, even though this video look like april's fools joke, it actually worked (removing the IC was a tricky though, without hot air gun). No idea, why there are the same two DC-DC boosters (MP3431) in parallel, and it's quite strange that this particular booster always gets shot... Apparently it does some power-up stuff, but... all works, it seems... BLACK MAGIC! Thanks for uploading this video :-)
@@liseu nope, I just removed the IC and since the device works, I left it at that... but kept the resistor in place, acc. to the schematic (google "jbl charge 4 service manual"), it shouldn't do anything...

Wow 🤩 my JBL charge 4 had no sound, only when volume is too low it works but when I turn it up the speaker go silent ! I removed the two components (resistor and amplifier) and now it works splendidly !! For the components just twist and pull it with a clamp. I really want to know how did he find the problem and how he figured out the solution and specially how could he think that removing factory components (designed by engineers) would repair a device 😂 For those who criticize “easy way” you should be aware that he didn’t buy anything and didn’t even use tin or buy additional components 😏

Hej !! Mam taki sam tyle, że mój nie włącza się a akumulatory mają 3,9V i się ładują. Po podłączeniu do USB-C nie zapala się żaden wskaźnik lub dioda LED... nie włącza się. Czy tu może być też to samo czy coś z układem zasilania? Podczas ładowania pobiera około 0,7A wiem to z "przejściówki" USB z wyświetlaczem. Co zrobiłeś z przewodem od anteny BT? Odlutowałeś od "naklejki" która jest anteną?
wiem że minął rok od tego pytania ale sprawdź kondensatory o ile jeszcze masz ten głośnik, ja miałem jeden zwarty i cały głośnik trup, po wylutowaniu ożył , miałem sporo szczęścia akurat bo widać było niewielkie pęknięcie na jednym kondensatorku SMD.
Hey, there ! My Charge 4 has a problem. It works fine but when i turn up the volume it starts to make crackling sounds. I checked the driver. The driver is NOT Blown. So i think its the amp inside of maybe some poor connection between the driver and internal amp. Maybe use anti static spray? Please help, what could be the solution? Also my other Charge 4 has exactly the same problem! Thanks!
Hi , did uou mesure the battery V when cracking sound come on ? Some times the battery in high load drop voltage and we have a amp problem. Pls check or plug it to PSU whit good voltage- check on batt.
@@liseu Hi, I checked it on battery voltage and thats all good. My battery was almost fully charged to 4.2v (it said 4.01V) and i kept it in de the PSU/charger while playing. Problem still remained. But now i think the 2 big black 4R7 capacitors are bad. (Or at least one of them) Because when i measure the resistance my multimeter beeps but that beep begins to crackle at the exact same time the bass drops on the speaker output. If i replace those capacitors, will it work again?? All other resistors/capacitors beeped normal while playing the music. I think the're all good. But can i also try to do the same solution as you did? Which chip did you remove? Thanks a lot if you saw this, and a reply would be great!! 😎😎💪🏼 Thanks.
@@karliskdskci know i reply way too late, but I'll put it here so the people with this problem can read. I've had the same problem, 3 years ago. On low volume music its all okay, when turn it up cracking distorted sound comes out, and if bass is too hard, eventually , it would power off immediately, like no sound no lights. Bought new speaker so i can do some measurements, and i got to a conclusion that the boosters boost 5v on low vol. middle vol 8-9v and max vol up to 17v, so what i did is put it on max vol, so the distorted sound will come, measure on capacitors of the amplifier, max vol was 6v, came with a external power supply of 14v on the cap, the sound came to normal, so i figured out that the boosters weren't boosting enough. i replaced both MP3431, 3 year later the speaker is working 😅
Thats great! Removed those two components and now it plays again! It was clipping at low volumes and would also completely cut out when the battery was low Now it works just fine, thank you my friend
Hej, wiesz może gdzie szukać przyczyny? Charge 4. Nie włącza się, nie ma żadnej reakcji, przy wpięciu kabla to samo, nic się nawet nie świeci. Bateria ma dobre napięcie, przejście tasiemką do panelu włączającego również jest ok, wejście do ładowania chyba również...
Znalazłem chyba przyczynę. Zalany został prawdopodobnie przy otwartej klapce, brudna i klejąca płytka z wejściami do ładowania, USB i aux. Do uratowania?
Posiadam taki glosnik i cos porobiło sie z ładowaniem. Po wpięciu do ładowarki diody mrugają tak jakby się ładował, jednak zamiast 4h, głośnik ładuje się jakby sie miał ładowac cały tydzień. Problemu szukać w baterii czy raczej module ładowania? Do tej pory bateria trzymała bardzo dobrze. Ponadto mam wrażenie, że stało się to po tym jak głośnik upadł mojej córce.
Mam problem z takim głośnikiem niestety nie ładuje ale widać że ledy od ładowania pokazuje że ładuje i po odpięciu ładowarki głośnik resetuje się w koło nie da się go wyłączyć.
@@liseu wymieniłem na nową ,bo myślałem że to wina bateri poprzedniej lecz niestety nie to gdyż na nowej ten sam objaw bateria nawet jak jest rozładowana ,to głośnik Sam się włącza i wyłącza i tak w kółko aż całkiem padnie bateria.

@@liseu My speaker sounds terrible too. When volume louder the speaker sounds makes poff and no sounds came out. Then I have to turn it off so that sounds come back
@@liseu I fixed it! The previous repairshop was stupid and forgot to plug in the buttons.😅 But it has an airleak at the buttons that I need to fix somehow.
@@erllymontor5235 Does your Charge 4 light up when you turn it on? If not maybe the Button board on the top isnt connected like on mine. And airleak means air coming out of somewhere and making noise.
Ja mam chyba ze 3zalane jbl go ,czy ludzie nierozumieją że one nie są wodoodporne,miałem takiego magika co po miesiącu się obudził żeby go naprawić ehh chociarz mam darmowe głośniczki;)
@@unitrak0380 mój charge 4 przeżył 4 topienia, gra do dziś jak nowy :p one mają certyfikat IPX7 więc jak nie zdziałało by to znaczy że albo był robiony albo to nie oryginał albo wada fabryczna ;)
