I really HOPE that JBL would give the Charge 6 a comeback with an aux jack, wireless may be the future, but they need to chill out, since there are devices that still needs a wired connection (i'm a keyboardist), too bad that the charge 5 only uses bluetooth, so again, JBL, please the aux input
I got the flip 6 simply blown away by the sound and speaker quality coming from a charge 3 previously I wanted something smaller and more portable when I work on stuff in my garage that wouldn’t take up much space. I’ve thought about getting a second or a charge 5 to pair together but I might just get a party box 110 or 310 lol for a big speaker
I have my jbl charge 5 for a year now and I have to say that I’m totally in love with it, the sound, the bass, everything about this speakers is good and the battery too I usually charge it one a week. I really recommend this speaker it’s worth it for the price.
Just picked up a new charge 5 from Walmart for 140 dollars though I wanted a flip 6 but I thought 10 dollars more for a bigger speaker was definitely worth it
My main concern for the Pulse 5 is the amount of bass it might produce.1 passive raditor while being the same size or increased power can only do so much so I hope it at least has as much bass as the Charge 4
It will have a lot cause it reseonates the bass off the table. The charge 5 doesn’t do that by default. I’m more concerned about fidelity on the pulse 5
Referring to GC's comment at 15:35, I've been told that if you connect the Flip 6 to your player, then turn on the Flip 5 and let that connect, then hit Partyboost on the app, then hit the 'tap to connect to Flip 5' tab at the bottom of the app, both speakers are now connected in stereo. If anybody has both, and could try this, I'd be very interested in the result.
why pulse 70%? it's lowest on only 20w vs 30w flip. i don't know how you compare it? even it's all need 100% so it's full performance can be used. i comments on every video about 100% comparing but i don't know why you not responding as you also said it's high's start after 75% volume. do why not try 100% volume
@@ferdaones7286 my experience was bad. Bass (mid bass and high bass) feels lighter with less punch. About mids and highs they are almost the same, although now theres us a lot of dstorton
Doorability? Endoor? These are not words. If you are gonna say that's your accent, how do you say cure? Coor? U's aren't O's for a reason. Call me racist but they sound different and are not interchangeable... just like all the other individual letters in the alphabet . If you're gonna speak to the world and play extremely horrible, frilly bubblegum anti-music, you should learn how to say words. Oh also, you should take the time to learn the definition of all the words you think you know but haven't actually read their exact, specific definitions. It seems like people are learning words by their context and stopping there. This causes misunderstandings. Usually they go unnoticed until the misunderstanding is on a critical issue. There, I feel like the world can communicate a tiny bit more accurately now. If you like this message, make sure you like and subscribe. It really helps my Al Gore Rythm.
I don't understand why people buy any stereo system of light glowing around them and around their speakers. You're just paying for a light show and not quality
An online shop wants to sell this product to me, now how do I know if it is original or not? New Bluetooth sound JBL PULSE5 high appearance level light sound
If the Pulse 4 can't put up a match the Pulse 3 does even worse. Even tho the Pulse 3 has 3 woofers and 2 passive raditors only the bass is slightly better than the Pulse 4. And when being used outdoors the drivers are facing towards you but at the same time it sounds kinda muffled when compared to the Pulse 4 bright sound signature.
You can do left and right Channel with Extreme 3 pulse 4 charge 5 and flip 5 and it goes on and on But first you have to turn on one of the speakers go into jbl's app and put it on stereo mode then turn another JBL speaker on and it'll play left or right Channel so the main speaker is probably playing Left Channel and the other one will be playing right Channel
@@codymackie even if JBL updates anything the stereo mood will still work for other speakers like I said I tried stereo mode with one of my speakers and then for the Extreme 3 or flip 5 they were both able to play stereo mode which is left and right Channel I just had to set it one of the speakers to stereo mode get off the app and then pair the other one with it and it's going to play right Channel
i just dont get it where do u JBL fans come from. get a sony xb 33 or xb43, they sound way better. even the cheaper xb33 (here xb33 115€ xb43 170€)... i just got xb43 and doesnt matter which music but charge5 sounds like a 20€ cheap chinese speaker next to sony. Bass, clearness, everything. And of course charge 5 with 0 bass and distortion after 50% volume is a joke. Yea maybe battery life is better by JBL in real life when sony has fun lights on.
@@justabasslover4404 im not fanboy, i have both (because i was idiot and thought charge5 is good after watching a paid reviewer like all of them...) Im just saying all these charges, flips, pulses are too far from sony xb... for me doesnt matter which u get ;p
@@justabasslover4404 oh god ur comments are so pointless... of course it is updated and even they've added this "eq" for charge5 at the end of december, it does nothing. wait for what ? ppl gotta wait 2 years for firmwares so maybe charge5 doesnt sound shit after 50% volume or what ? by then we gonna have charge7 so.... the fans i was talking about like u, who doesnt want to see how shit. But i dont care, use your shit, i use my good speaker. U just wait for firmwares, listen to it at 45% volume and be happy with it ;)
@@efeste1173 its not my fault that it doesn't sound good for you, but good for others. Try and watch DLX Willington's video about xtreme 2 and jbl charge 5 sound battle outdoors and bark again here if it really sounds distorted at full volume🥱🥱
