It tried to fix mine but my soldering iron was too big. So decided to buy one from JBL and they sent me a replacement for free!

Thank you, this was helpful. I just added some flux paste and reflowed the solder with a gas soldering iron in "hot air" mode.

I have exactly the same model thrown in a drawer because it is completely dead and the repair shop asked me a lot of money to repair it. Sadly, the usb port seems to work fine, and I have no idea where the fault may be. Thank you very much for the video!

Hi Sorin I believe they are called "passive radiators" to my opinion they are making the bass sound a lot better. Great solution between sealed and ported enclosures. Great video as usual👍

Hi, great video thank you and I can't see the current meter I prefer if you change his color or use the old one.

Same problem here. I think this issue is caused by the rubber cap constantly pushing on the USB plug while charging. Thank you for the video, I will try the fix.

Hello, that’s a nice video I have been looking for an option in order to repair my JBL Link 10 the thing is that the pin charge just separated from the charging board, I need help I want to know what can I do

I actually have no clue how to do this, but, it seems like if it is not supposed to shift around like that (The charger port), should the pins just be tightened against it, to hold it into place? Or can't you simply create a circuit directly to the charging port, and have it come out, then connect it from there?

How can I send my jbl google speaker in to get fixed. I changed out the battery myself but it wasn't the battery because it worked until the battery needed charging so I'm thinking it's the charging port?

Hello my JBL Link 10 has exactly the same issue as your speaker, the USB charging port easily moves back and forth and it is not charging , how to get a new Replacement USB port to replace the broken one? Can I buy a cheap Mircro USB port from online store? is it better to use Micro USB -C Port to replace the broken one to achieve more durable long term use?

I'm trying to remove the panel for the charging port on my link 20 but the screws are in tight. Like, I'm afraid I'm going to strip them if I turn any harder. Is this normal? Do I need to heat or anything?

Just a quick one When you solder new charging ports Sometimes when you check after soldering It’s not showing the right number with voltmeter But after a while it’s right the voltage WHY ??? Thx Why
