I'm lost. I just feel stressed and anxiety is ruining my life. Time flies too quickly, it slips through my fingers. I work everyday so that my parents can be proud of me. I know what I want to be in the future but It asks so much work and a part of me just want to experience new aventures and not worrying about money, future and school. I'm tired, everynight, I just want to die, to be in peace, to not have to worry about the future, about my homeworks, about my problems but I'm to weak. Sometimes I put on sad songs because I can't cry without a motive, or something extremely shocking happening, however recently Ive noticed that the "reason" i was trying to cry wasn't worth it so I decided whenever I had a bad time or just a depressing day I'm going to smile and laugh and just shake it off. There are days though when I feel bad and I haven't got anyone to talk to but I always talk to myself. No matter who leaves me I will always stay. I’ve never felt so alone before. I can’t go a day without hurting myself, I’ve been having dark thoughts. It’s been like this for over a year. I’m scared for next year, if I’ll make it through it I don’t know. i just wish someone would give me a hug, it wouldn’t solve my problems or make my mental health problems go away, but it will make everything go away for a second. Even for a second I would do anything for a hug. At this point idc who. A stranger, a teacher just anyone. But I don’t get hugs anymore. I’m really stressed for exams, and just everything is going downhill and I can’t stop it. It’s like I’m trapped in my own mind. It’s never going to get better. I’ve been offered help but I’m not accepting it bc I feel uncomfortable talking about how I feel and I get too anxious and end up saying the wrong things and leaving things out. I’m just tired. I just want it all to stop but it never will.

Last year I was put next to a guy named David..at first I was so frustrated because I will have to finish my year next to him, but when I got to know him I realized that it’s nice to sit next to him but I was mean and didn’t really realize it…all the laughter, all the jokes and the eye contact was amazing…his beautiful brown eyes that I still remember, I really miss him so much I regret being mean to him without any reason, I wish I can turn back in time and laugh with him again…I just wish. I still remember all the jokes for some reason, I remember I got 13 out of 20 and he got 13,5 out of 20 so he teased me, I still remember it…but a day my stupid mouth said: I can’t deal with him I want to change place…so my teacher changed me place and that’s when I regretted it so much…but we still talked and made jokes even tho we were far…at that time I liked a guy who was in my class but all he did was being mean to me…the school year ended and the next one begun, something clogged in my head and now I’m in love with him, all I think about is him, he got put in a class full of pretty girls who are his type…I saw him hang out with those girls and it just breaks my heart…I told my best friend that I’m in love with him so my best friend went and told her friends who’s a hypocrite and then the hypocrite went and told David that I’m in love with him…and my friends went to me to say what he said about me…he said that I’m crazy and that I follow him when he goes to his house. But it’s not true it’s just that we live near and take the same road, he thinks that I have the whole day to follow him even tho I don’t even have enough time for myself…he changed road after what he said and now I can’t even see him that much I just can’t find love…all I do is think about him…I sleep while thinking about imaginary scenes that will not happen…I always check his Instagram…I try to reactivate our relationship by sending him a message but all he does is ignore me and pretend to be not interested…I just hate love it’s like we’re opposite things…my friends tried to make him like me but they fail thanks my friends for trying but there’s nothing that is possible unless something magical happens but it’s impossible sadly…I just wanna cry I regret every word I said I just wanna die why just why…why being this mean?

To the person who read this, It’s been hard for you, I know, and it makes me sad that you don’t see yourself in the way I see you. Sometimes they are things in life that cause us to loose ourselves, and the way you have is so unimaginable painful. I miss your smile, the way your eyes light up the whole room just by the sound of your laughter. I miss the way you accepted the way you look in the mirror without cursing yourself out about how ugly you look. I miss the way you didn’t think of yourself as a failure because everyone makes mistakes, we all have flaws and we all aren’t perfect. It’s painful to see that no one around you seems to see the pain trough your eyes, but, stranger, I do, I see how heavy your heart is and how comforting the sadness for you might be, how afraid your heart is of happiness because it disappears in the end, right? You don’t know how much impact you have in this world and it’s sad to see that your demons fight against you and want to take over you. Because you do make change, it’s something so simple and little that brightens up someone’s whole world, it can be a small smile from your lips, the way you look at things you’re passionate about, the way you make yourself eat even though it’s been hard for you lately, the way you zoom out and go in your own world, you brighten up my world by reading this, it means a lot to me that you’re here, existing, but I don’t want you to just exist, you deserve to feel alive. You deserve to get up in the morning and feel good about yourself. You deserve to feel something- to feel every damn second alive in this lifetime. As one of the stars you see others stars, maybe they have felt the same way as you do at some point in there life, but they lighten up the universe with each other’s presence. You’re a star for me, maybe you don’t see it yourself but I can see it, you’re beautiful from inside and out, your body is beautiful the way it is. Please don’t starve yourself, you deserve food and to drink, I know it’s hard. It hurts to see that you’re in so much pain :( you deserve so much man, don’t let your emotions control you. Don’t let them get the best of you. I am sorry no one is noticing, I wish /hope I could take your pain away for today or even for a moment while you’re reading this. This song reminds me of a person I loved so much, she raised me like a mother, and she loved me like a daughter. I never had the chance to tell her how much I loved her and how much she meant to me. I regret it so bad and it hurts me so much, I lost her years ago and I can’t forget about her it still hurts so bad like it was yesterday. I still remember her smile, her laugh, her pure soul and her love for me. I hope I can see her again in another life.. Rest in peace angel 🕊

i feel horrible…i feel like sh!t i hurt my best friend,she was so good to me..and i hate myself for that and i always will. I took everything from her.. she deserves sm better.I miss when it could just be us..where we didn’t have to worry about boy problems,but here we are boy problems left and right we both like him but he multiplied us and he’s just so hard to let go of.Everyday i give her a hug and i’m the first one to do that i ask her how she feels when i see she’s low i give her a hug and she tells me how she feels i always conclude her in stuff i do but she never asks me how i feel when im low she leaves me out on stuff i just sit and watch her talk to her other friends and i see how happy she is with her other friends..and i just love her sm…

this song reminds me of my first dog. he loved this song (sounds weird at first) but i played it in the kitchen while i was showing it to my dad and i go “its kinda sad” and he goes “well some tears are happy” 🥺😭 anyways my dog would be so calm while this was playing. we took a walk and i was sobbing, people probably thought i was psycho and honestly, they probably arent wrong. I picked him up when we walked past the house he used to be scared of bc of all the loud dogs. made me cry even harder
