Easily. The one in Superman & Lois, Elizabeth, is 3rd for me. It’s Teri, Erica & then Elizabeth for me. I’m still in love with Teri to this day. I’m currently rewatching L&C right now… such memories.
NAH, FR I MEAN, those two had such a great chemistry with both Clarks (Tom and Dean) because despite seeing them on the screen it really seems like they were a couple, not many actors or actresses achieve that, and it is so satisfying and adorable to see the romantic scenes 💗✨
Erica Durance's Lois Lane always strikes me as smarter than Teri Hatcher's Lois Lane. More perceptive and observant. Love both of them though, great portrayals
Reeves and Kidder were the most powerful and intense but these two were the best in a series. Teri Hatcher was more “beautiful” but both Kidder and Hatcher fully portrayed Lois for me. The Smallville Clois makes me cringe, plus Erica Durance looks older than him. Way more chemistry with Clark and Lana, although everyone interprets that differently. Just my opinion as a die-hard Superman fan. Wasn’t impressed with Lois meeting Clark naked or her staying at the farm and them accidentally running into each other while one was showering. For me, this cheapened and kind of ruined the original meeting for me. Brandon Routh’s chemistry with Lois was great too.
@@mikligardur9104 Yes, charming and timelessly fun and classic. Rather rewatch it than any available Superman shows nowadays, which are dull, dark, and depressing.
This…is like eating a tub of Rocky Road…it’s so sweet it’s almost unbearable. I’m dying at their last expressions and how this ended 😂😂. The chemistry between Lois and Clark in this series is timeless; I watched it as a teen and here I am decades later and still love them. Christopher Reeves and Margot Kidder did the same for me too. 🥴☺️
Thank you so much for this walk on memory lane: this episode was the very first one which I have seen from this show. I became addicted right away - mainly because of these scenes here :-)
As much as I’m enjoying the new Superman and Lois tv show, Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch don’t have the same chemistry as Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher. It’s too bad really because Superman and Lois is what I had hoped Lois and Clark would turn into in future seasons which of course just never happened.
Lois was indeed jealous, but in the most pathetic way....the "I don't want him, but you can't have him either" type way. It's like when the boy that was crushing on the girl finally starts liking someone else, because even if she doesn't like him, she liked the attention.
Agreed. It's more like possession of Clark, ownership... not love, certainly no feelings of deep affection. She even says it, now and then - she's afraid she will 'lose him' - but she doesn't own him, so she can't lose him.
@@Ams8313 Now at this time in the series... the series does have an arc, neither character is stagnate. At this point, she wants to possess him solely but there no love.
A good comeback to Lois in your dreams comment would’ve been in my dreams you wouldn’t be wearing the robe and then turns and walks away leaving Lois both flustered and smiling.
The first season is superb. One of the best Superman series of all time. Until they removed the real Jimmy Olsen, Cat Grant, Lex Luther, and the orange office environment, the magic was fading. Nonetheless, still better and more charming than any Superman shows nowadays.
It was only after Teri's, Lois that Iv seen other Lois's characters in other Superman shows have this kind of fiesty, hard headed, independent women kinda character...Im gonna go as far as to say most "NEW" Lois Lanes have copied Teri's Lois's vibes...🤷♂️
And then she marries (or nearly marries) Luther. The most realistically consistent thing about this Lois Lane is how inconsistent she is and how patient and forgiving Clark Kent/Superman is. It is such a well written Romance, never quite a soap opera, and it has some brilliant moments.
Erica endurance copied Teri hatcher in jealousy over Clark and another girl...... Or erica is becoming Teri. Yes she's jealous because she has a crush on kal el
