I stumbled across (not internet archives wayback machine) but facebook of all places where someone had re-posted the original video back in 2013. So this is it, the original uploaded video from Dec 29, 2009. If the original creator wants me to take it down I will right away, I just liked this classic RU-vid video so much that I was literally inspired to try to re-make it then eventually found it.
