When I started the trail, it was already late, so I didn't reach the top because the sun was already setting and I was alone. I didn't want to risk it because it got steeper and snowier as I climbed towards the top. But the scenery was amazing and I really enjoyed it.

2.5 turbo diesel engine
5 speed manual transmission
Dana 30 front and Dana 35 rear differential
NP231 Command Trac transfer case
4.25 inch lift kit - Rusty's 3 inch lift kit and 1.25 inch pucks
31x10.5x15 Cooper Discoverer STT PRO tires
Dragon Winch DWM 12000 HD with synthetic rope

It's not some tough off road or something, this is a ride to enjoy. I'm sorry I didn't start earlier to try to reach the top. At the top, the view is incredible.

@@V8AmericanMuscleCar Thanks Brother!!! Only about 9-10 months out. Rooms and closets cleared, ceiling is 80% painted, rooms 90%. Then bathrooms..fixtures..etc...then true hardwoods throughout. Using Reno funding for a years worth of overland travel..hopefully starting..2/25.. A ways out...but..goals right?? Cheers my friend!

What a lovely stroll through a winter wonderland! Your SST Pro tires grip very well here too 👍And I agree - often it wiser to turn around.

If I had started earlier, I would probably have continued to the top because the view up there is phenomenal. I was also surprised about the tires. I deflated them to 18, 19 psi and they were great in the snow for MT tires.

Slažem se. Da sam se slučajno trebao vitlati, grdo bi se iznenadio. Prije dva dana sam išao izvlačiti traktor i krenem sa vitlom i ništa se ne dešava. Pogledam van i vidim uže na tlu. Prošli put sam napravio grešku, vitlao sam se i trebao sam doći dosta blizu stabla. Oko stabla je bila debela gurtna i kuka je došla do kraja, a ja nisam odmah zaustavio vitlo. Pravi test za vitlo i nosač vitla, ali uže se otkvačilo. Sve u svemu, dobro je prošlo. 😁

Hvala! Ima 3 inča Rusty's kompletan lift kit i još 1.25 inča podloške, znači ukupno 4.25 inča. Gume su 31x10.5x15 i felge su 15x8 sa ako se ne varam +6 ET.

Dva takva su u obitelji i zadovoljni smo. Tu i tamo kakva sitnica, ipak je to staro, ali ništa da bi ostao na cesti. Problem je s ovim motorima su samo vlasnici prije. Poznati su po pucanju glava (svaki cilindar ima svoju glavu) pa ljudi to vare, promijene samo jednu itd. Kad se to jednom desi, promijeniš sve 4 i onda si siguran.
