I had an Overland for 3 years. Zero problems with it. Great car. The air suspension was great for towing. Not only did it self level but you’d lower the car, back up to the trailer lining up the towball and then raise the car - no need to wind the jockey wheel because it just pick the trailer up. Awesome luggage space too. Fold those seats down and you get a full 1.8m - can sleep in there for a night.

live loud they used to be really bad i have a 2009 grand Cherokee 3lcrd now has 480000 kms on it and only had one problem driver window stoped working but fixed that been good ever since. trading in soon for a trail hawk

I'll admit the Jeep is a better daily driver, because it's just better on-road, and it gets better fuel economy. But nothing can touch the Prado's reliability and durability. Although you can get lucky and buy a reliable Grand Cherokee. I've seen people do that, and they're excellent vehicles.

The new Trailhawks rule hands down. Plus Jeep created off-roading. No auto has a 4X4 drive train like jeeps and they rule.

Just because the GC doesn't have 7 seats doesn't mean it's not family friendly. I'd say it's more family friendly since there is more space to carry the family gear on or off-road. Plus, there is better visibility without having two additional headrest getting in the way. If you want 7 seats, buy a van or bus. Also, the spare tire is inside the GC which makes it easier to access when needed in lieu of the Prado's spare tire being underneath the vehicle.

Mirá, en realidad todos los 4x4 tienen que ser buenos, pues para eso los hacen. Pero como sucede con frecuencia, la mayoría de los expertos, cuando hacen pruebas comparativas, señalan que los mejores son los Jeep, como lo dicen en este video. Lo que no sea así, es propaganda. Saludos.

As a Jeep owner, I can say, warranty is great. What's not great is that the car still breaks and spends most of it's time with the dealer. Inconvenient is an understatement! Gonna trade it in for a toyota as sonn as I get it back.

As a matter of fact, Jeep outsells Toyota Tacoma and FourRunner in the biggest market in the world, the U.S. Well, second market only to China now, but the most important market for Toyota and most of foreign brands. Yeah my jeeps transmission is gone twice now, a mechanic warned me this would happen at 100,000kms and he was right on the money. Its costing overv$8,000 I just question the quality I don't think I'd buy another one

C17H18F3NO oh i feel you.. just the only Jeep Grand Cherokee that you can buy in my opinion is with 5.7 l hemi, because hemi has its own real and true ZF transmission,made by zf in germany. All other models including just cherokee,or smaller engines grand Cherokee has Chrysler United States transmission,made by Chrysler kinda with zf lisence..i feel you bro

The Prado bores me to death, but the Prado won't let you down with transmission, electrical, water leaks etc, etc... Japanese production line vs. American production line, the Jeep is almost a guaranteed lemon.

I rent a lot of cars and have rented shit ton of toyota, camrys, corollas, highlander, 4 runners , i can say they are most dull boring fucking cars on the planet. And plus they look like shit. Never have i ever got a compliment on a toyota. On the other hand rented a grand cherokee, drives amazing and looks cool. Plus u get compliments . Reliability might be a issue, but tbh new cars come with warranties so that's not an issue. Plus new jeeps are pretty reliable

FCA Destroyed Jeep. Warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on with terrible customer service. The Jeep is legendary for its unreliability and recalls. Another one recently and the WK platform is ancient. Jeep is dying in Australia, farewell unreliable American junk.
