Jeep and Toyota are not luxury brands, these are brands for common people. Jeep Wrangler is not a luxury vehicle its an affordable off-roader in many countries, but in India we will have to pay morethan twice the actual amount of the car due to Indian tax system. If you are living in US or gulf countries you could buy new one for below 30 lakhs (according to model)
Jeep is trying to be a premium brand in India trying to appeal to people with their "OFF-ROAD Worthy" as premium which is very wrong. Indian customers are now dissing cars which don't make sense. If Jeep want's to be a strong player then they better cater to masses else there'll only be enthusiasts who'll go for it and with that they might wrap up the indian chapter atleast for sales. Coz Jeep can never be a luxury brand amidst of BMW, Audi, Merc with the same price as them.

Information is good but always you were indicating to Thar ! You should think about price point , almost 4 times cost. I'd suggest to avoid such comments or else do compare with others . Nothing wrong to that.
When an luxury car person buys jeep See the jeep is not made for city its the opposite Its features are meant for hardcore offroaders and youngsters who wont mind that If you want comfort and convenience go for audi , Mercedes etf
To enjoy this car you need to take it off-road not necessarily extreme stuff even trail drives are awesome in it i.e. camping. It's solid on the highways but one should not drive this as a sedan car on corners or you will get an experience of body Roll and at higher speeds this can be dangerous Essentially this may be fun to talk about but it's for a mature and knowledgeable hobby driver! Definitely not for the daily commute!!
It's all the taxes. Imported cars are not really worth the product. I'm in Canada and here it costs less than 40 lakhs inr brand new. The 3.6 litre pentastar engine always had problems until 2018. They were good until 2006 when they had 4 litre inline 6. Now chrysler group had made it worse.
Rubicon ka engine 200cc ka or Thar ka 2200cc. Rubicon ka price 70lac or Thar ka 18 lac .....same engine power k liye 50 lac extra Dena worth to ni lgta...now thar 5 door b aa rhi h 20 lac se start hogi
Konsi duniya me je raha hai 268bhp aur 400nm torque hai Rubicon me aur thar me 150bhp aur 320nm torque. 😂😂 front solid axle hai with having option of sway bar disconnect. Front aur rear dono me locking differential hai aur crawl ratio car industry me sabse Kam hai in order to provide highest wheel torque. Rahi baat thar ki to thar apne price point ki hisab se best option hai under 20lakh but comparing thar with Rubicon in off-roading doesn't make any sense.
Highly over priced in India - frankly I would add 50% on this cost and get a SUV worth its value in capability and luxury - the Rubicon in my mind should be offered with a 50% discount from the current price.😅
Jeep is a lifestyle ... People prefer Jeep over current defender ..jeep sales r always high ... India and other countries 6or k ...it's not luxury ... Luxury vehicle nahi hai .it's a rugged machine jo thar hai uska baap hai ... I own a thar crd..so I bought it just because of its jeep heritage not Mahindra heritage actually for me ..not a disrespect it's how things r ..isiliye log grill v change krte hai ..Maine ni karwayi my first car ❤️..but jeep an American offroad lifestyle vehicle ...defender aftermarket kia ..jeep aftermarket sab milte hai ..sab ..

Hey brother so I own a jeep gladiator in Canada I had same problem as the steering wheel goes side to side I had to install upgraded steering stabilizer am I am not sure if they are available in india cox my gladiator has 4 inch lift for and a 3inch tire on it I had to get that steering stabilizer

The review keeps calling Thar copy and in bad taste. Hope he knows that Mahindra has been assembling Jeeps in India since ages under licence from Willys Jeep. Willys Jeep brand was later bought by Fiat Chrysler. So the design is neither Mahindra nor Fiat's own design. It was Willys'.
@@savender1 you have to see the complete package instead of only features. Toyota has focussed more on build quality/sturdiness/off roading/road presence/low maintenance etc etc.

Bhai tu pehle decide karle gaadi city mai chalani hai ya gaun mai... Bakwas car hai....Safety wise bhi it has i guess 2or 3 star...Thar is much better than this plus it's a 5 star car
Bhai company se mud terrain tyre aate hai vo sach me kafi noise karte hai highways upar. Company ne ye vehicle pure off-road purpose k liye banaya hai par india me iske maximum buyers ise sirf city aur highways par hi chalate hai.😂😂😂
साथ मे गाड़ी को लिफ्ट करके हाइट बढ़ाई है उससे तो गाड़ी दिखने मे ओर भी भद्दी दिख रही है। रियल मे ओरिजनल जीप ही अच्छी है। उसमे कुछ चेंज करने की जरूरत नहीं है, कम से कम 3 साल तक तो कुछ बदलने की जरूरत नहीं है। स्वैग के चक्कर मे गाड़ी की आगे पीछे से पुरी मार ली। 🤣 वैसे तो ओरिजनल गाड़ी की रिसेल वैल्यू काफी अच्छी है पर अब इस गाड़ी की रिसेल वैल्यू भी डाउन हो गई।
