Omg I never thought about how maybe the woman was lying about Trisha being the target so Darry could calm down a bit! If you remember, Darry said “I am so scared right now” at the restaurant and Trisha was keeping it together so jeepers creepers clearly could smell so much fear on him. The psychic lady definitely knew that! Good point!

FINALLYYYYYY My theory is- that since he went into the tunnel, and saw what the creeper did, That's the reason the creeper was searching for the person who went into is lair. Hence took his eyes out because he saw his "House Of Pain". And he was more scared because he has seen what went down there too. Unlike her...

I'm not so sure of that. I think it's because Darry saw the hundreds of bodies stitched up on the wall and was visibly more terrified, moreso than Trish who only witnessed the cops and cat lady being killed, and those deaths were quick and she may not have been as psychologically scarred by what had happened as much as she was shocked and confused. Either that or Trish was older and psychologically stronger, which is implied throughout the film too. Or it could just be the creature preferred Darry's brown eyes over Trish's hazelnut eyes. I might be overanlyzing this but brown/dark eyes tend to be less sensitive to light so maybe that's why. We don't really know what the criteria is for the creature's choices other than the fact he can "smell the fear" on his victims, so it's up for interpretation.

@@distantraveller9876 well he had light eyes in other movies though. Mine just made more sense to me because he was clearly coming for him. He smelt the clothes and saw his name too. Even in the deleted version, the creeper only took his name (that indicates that when he found his underwear and the smell resembled the smell he found in his lair, he read the name on it too)

Darry going into the Creeper's lair definitely helped cement his fate, but Trish was never in any danger at all. If you watch the beginning of the movie again before they start talking about Trish's ex, pay very, very close attention to Trish; in a few shots she's holding reading glasses in her hands. Her eyes weren't as good as Darry's so they wouldn't be as tasty/useful for the Creeper. The fact that Darry's were better and that he was scared out of his mind sealed the deal.

Wow you are putting these girls through it!!! I cannot get enough of Kristen though so I don’t mind. This is still 1 of my fave horrors although I don’t know if it still would be, it’s just special as I went to see it at the pictures with my mam who passed away last year, so I have great memories from that. The Creeper is still 1 of the scariest creatures in horror though, still to this day!

I watched this movie when it came out in theaters (I was way too young btw) and watched it again some years later. Years after that I watched Clue for the first time and have seen that many times since. I didn't put it together until this reaction that The Cat Lady is Mrs. Peacock from Clue! Knew it as soon as I heard her voice in this reaction...mind blown!

Kristen has a wicked grin (which isn't her fault) that just goes with a horror theme but that is contradicted by her vulnerability to horror scenes. This in turn proves to be an interesting experience, she's very beautiful obviously too. Vivian is cool as a cucumber even though she's scared so there's a contrast between the 2 which makes for a great reaction show. I hope to see more pairing of these two lovely women.

At the end of the scene when Darry is caught, Trisha tells the Jeepers Creepers that he loves her and that she is stronger, but at the beginning of the movie it is seen that Trisha wears glasses so her eyesight is worse than that of Darry. darry, and since then it has been announced to us that it is not her that the Jeepers Creepers are looking for...

Know the "Creeper" 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 The "Jeeper Creeper" is a class of his own, most of the Halloween killers tend to just wander towards you in a rage or just try to kill you, But the 'Creeper" Hunts You Down. It plans it's every action and doesn't show it's face to fight until you're possibly Wounded and Cornered. It's very smart and if it can damage you prior to facing you one on one it is going to seize that opportunity to make sure you go down. It's very precise and extremely deadly and their Intelligence and skill. Unlike other Halloween killers.

I love how everyone is like ok run! Why are you going back! Haul ass and run. Except trish car was a classic and not speedy. The creeper would catch them without breaking sweat. But in truth darry was doomed the second the creeper smelled their fear and knew one of them had something it wanted. It operates on the highway i think in the beginning established the highway spanned multiple states so where were they going to go? Also running over the creeper. Many times i think most would to. The car was at first stuck in reverse so it couldn't just go forward. Read the book.

4:43 Yep. This is probably THE best example of Making a Terrible Decision in a Horror Movie. Because really, if they hadn’t done it, they’d have gotten away unscathed. But then we wouldn’t have the Plot. Sadly, Plot wins, and they definitely lose.

Jeepers Creepers is based of a true story where Dennis DePue supposedly ended his wife's life due to marriage problems (i believe she wanted a divorce , but Dennis DePue didn't agree to getting divorced to her , so he eventually ended her life) and attempted to bury her remains in a hole outside an old abandoned school just like on Jeepers Creepers, apart from on Jeepers Creepers its a pipe , not a hole / ditch. However he was caught in the process by a elderly couple that where driving past in their motorhome / campervan and they supposedly reported him to the police and that's when he went on the run , but i believe was eventual caught. They're 3 Jeepers creepers movies and all are in the same time frame you just have to figure out which which movie happened in the beginning middle and end of the timeframe
