"I'd like to think of you as a friend" made this old adage pop into the back of my mind as soon as the story unfolded-" A friend in need is a friend who bleeds..."
The stories never disappoint! Thanks Rab! “Ya know it’s bad when you look over your shoulder at someone else’s house” ha! Wicked man! Smirk on my face whole time
Jc whitney...brings back memories...where I got my first cheap system. 2 thump 12s in a truck box with built in tweeters. Sears Jensen amp and a pioneer tape deck
Yes I did that also. Then it went downhill from there. I started competing in DB drags, got into sound quality. Went to world finals in Greenville SC. Then met up with Team Ohio and Team Gates. Started spending more money, bought my installers fiero that was in the SQ expert class..Now I'm 40 and hear cars bumping and think christ get dynamat and foam.
I have never really been much of a “Jeep” guy, but I will admit when I heard LS6… My ears perked up a bit. Thanks for making a video about a jeep very entertaining. 👍
My dad had a 1984 Jeep CJ7, it was maroon. Don't remember much about it, but I remember that Jeep quite well. I like older Jeeps, the CJ7, CJ5, Comanche, old-school Cherokees, and the Grand Wagoneer. Thanks for the memories and the nostalgia.
One thing that never changes are that Jeeps and Mustangs are always popular. Growing up in the 80s that’s what the cool kids had and at a recent visit to a Sonic, I still see teens in these 2 vehicles.
Man I’ve had my YJ Jeep for over 20 years and Iove it. I just rebuilt it myself the last couple years and I still love this Jeep. They aren’t for everyone for sure! You have to enjoy the old rugged style vehicles. I always tell people it rides like a 1930’s vehicle. Lol
1st car I got was a '79 Cherokee Chief back in 2007. Had a 360 V-8, 4in lift, front & rear aftermarket black bumpers, lockers, 4-speed. It was a BEAST. Blew the engine 😢 2nd was a '97 Grand Cherokee in 2008, 2in lift & a great sound system. It lasted me 7-8 years. Best vehicles I ever had. It's a shame some people hate Jeeps. But everyone is different. Jeep 4 life.
My dad had a 94 cherokee 4 door with the bulletproof 4.0L engine n sold it with 327,063 miles then had a 97 wrangler 5-speed n again it had the 4.0L n sold it with a little over 250k on it I like jeeps but i prefer my 94 Yoda Land Cruiser with 472,454 miles on it n its still climbing n running strong still on OG parts from 94
I love Jeeps! Mines a1995. Other 2 came from Hinkles..1972 Jeep Wagon xx and a 1973 CJ3. We always had a Jeep in the family. Sunday’s were spent riding in Pa’s Jeep thru the Horse Pasture. That part is under water now.
Jeep Restriction!! Been there, before-probably will be, again. I know Hinkle’s-bought my 1981 CJ-7 from there-304 V8, lifted, rolling on 35’s, headers & Purple Hornies side exhaust. All rolled into the financing, of course😎
chris if you’re going to wheel it though keep in mind that Cherokee’s are unibodies and wranglers are body on frame. I’ve seen plenty of people crack and break unibodies on cherokees they’re fairly easy to reenforce if you know a good fabricator though.
Geez, and they call YOU Rabbit? That dude is just a procrating fool! I'd be marching my happy ass to the Urologist for a snip-snip. Voila! Shooting blanks,
@@jakei6550 Thanks for the extremely great information. I know the value of these trucks are going up and I am so glad you gave me the perfect number to start with. :)
