Absolutely love this stuff! Excellent instruction! The only point of disagreement is I’m not a big fan of punching to the head area. Too easy to break one of the many bones in your hand. There is a reason boxers wear gloves! I’m more of a hammer fist and elbow guy with slaps (eye jabs, headbutts ) in combinations. 😎

I don’t see any jkd what Bruce had in mind, jkd is what he described as "efficient street fighting with everything goes, wearing head gear, gloves, chest guard, shin/knee guards, etc." with eye jabs, groin kicks and side kicks to knee on down and not static punches.
