Hello there, I just heard the sad news, I'm really happy to have had the opportunity to see him for his last European concert for this tour and to have been able to immortalize this moment, it's one of the most beautiful moments I saw live, not a single false note just magnificent ! One of the greatest guitarists and musicians to have walked this earth and who has always known how to evolve regardless of the era and the material used. Thank you Mr. Beck and good trip with the stars 🎸💫
Great THANK YOU for this video in the correct orientation, not like all the noobs in front of you filming upright in portrait format! Thank you for keeping patience with all those who thought they must run up and down the aisle during the concert! You can imagine how frustrating that is only when you ever tried documenting a live concert. THANK YOU for keeping the memory of a hero alive!!
We lost a Giant today! Jeff you will be sorely sorely missed! Not really enough superlatives in the vocabulary to describe this Man & what we have witnessed & listen too the last 55 yrs, Beck was probably one of the busiest Guitarist the last 40 yrs & just recently completed another LP, He Conquered & pushed the boundaries In just about all genres of Music, RIP Jeff Beck you are truly one of the all time Greats....
after reading most of these comments i have come to realize that many of you have no clue what it is to include a friend in your music. I blow harmonica...(yes, the red headed stepchild of the blues) but...there have been so many gracious musicians who have had me on stage with them...knowing my limitations, yet playing with me none the less. Was I the reincarnation of Little Walter? Not at all...but I was me...playing my heart out...feeling every moment...sharing the smiles...and the laughter...Sometimes it isn't about the quality of the music but it is about the soul and the coming together. Be reasonable folks...Johnny may not be the next Robert Cray...but he feels deeply and wants to share...so give him space.
🕊️ Thank you so much for that. Wonderfully said!. These folks question Jeff Beck? JDepp brought Jeff so much joy and laughter, love and friendship and creativity. He said he felt 18 again when hanging with Depp! What a gift. I love JD for that. Don't question the Master, friends. Be grateful he found his brother. Imagine the joy they brought to one another. Any friend of Jeff Becks is fine by me. Respect the love. Share the music 🤍 Focus your energies by giving thanks to the blessing who will always be Jeff Beck❤️
Well said , bet you play a mean blues harp really. Love Sonny Boy to the guy whobplayed on Talk Talk's 'Another World', excellent playing. Think he was in 9 below Zero too. Can't remember his name.
@@Beckola11 Love your statement and, like you, I am grateful for the friendship they shared and the way Jeff and Sandra gave JD true family friend support. Can't imagine the loss he and Sandra must be feeling at this time. It is my prayer they will both have all they need to carry on well and find future happiness. Hopefully Johnny will be back on the road with the Vampires soon. Music and true friends so soothe the soul. Thanks again for your comments.
Absolutely incredible gig. Was lucky to have met the great man once in a pub in Kent of all places, and he was extremely humble and down to earth .. just a regular guy really.. Such a sad loss to our music community . R.I.P Jeff , and thoughts to his family at this time
This concert must be an outstanding closing concert by Maestro Jeff Beck and the iconic Johnny Depp in Paris. The top names of the world are affraid to perform here by the media critics. These two awsome friends jeff/Johnny must have had the time of their life. Thanks to those that made it possible for us to watch the concert.
The way he used to play guitar !! A magic approach of tremolo, his specific use of the thumb picking the strings, his own guitar sound, his introduction of jazz rock music in the 70', his wonderful humanity, and so many things we could add to this list !! A great loss of an eternal young man. We will miss you for a long time, Mister Beck 🙏🙏🙏😥😥😥
Thank you, Jeff Beck! Am glad I got to see you perform in concert in 1976. Always love you and your music--you will always be my favorite guitarist. Rest in power.
Jeff B can play the stage by himself and sound just as brilliant, just as full without any BU. He completely makes every song what it is. His tones are unmatched and unchallenged each and every note!
Thank you Jeff Beck!! Been a fan since your stint with the Yardbirds and ever since…… Saw you with Buddy Guy at Fiddler’s Green in Colorado awesome af !! Love how you mentor musicians, and collaborate with others. You’re truly gifted and we’re truly blessed to receive. Johnny Depp you are a multi talented gift to us all. Been a fan since Cry Baby and ever since. Now blessed with your musical gift . All I can say is, Thank You Gentleman 💯👏💫
This video is great as so many only have the Johnny Depp section of the concert. I want to hear unadulterated Jeff before the fun with Mr. Depp begins. The genius, virtuoso needs to have his say to begin with! These shows are so special. Every time he plays needs to be cherished. The songs with Johnny are wonderful. Covers and originals with subtly and dynamics. Really creative and beautiful. Thank you all who are involved in bringing us this 🙏 🙌 ❤ 🕉
Rest in Peace, Jeff Beck. Thank you for welcoming Johnny Depp back to the stage, when he needed a friend. I hope your friends and families can be comforted by your record of supporting other artists, whether an artist recovering from trauma like Depp or a young musician like Tal Wilkenfeld. What joy you showed in watching your colleagues perform!
Heart wrenchingly saddened and in shock over the loss of Jeff and his unparalleled genius. A beautiful human being with an unmatched talent. Can't believe he's gone. Grateful for what he's given us and for what he's leaving behind.
Beck was on the stage because of Johnny......Im so grateful Johnny got him to do this, it introduced Beck to a whole new generation. I began watching you tube videos, heard songs I knew well, but didnt know Jeff had anything to do with them. I was floored at how frickin awesome he was on guitar. He was no lightweight. Thank You Johnny for introducing us to this guitar genius!! RIP JEFF BECK 💔 Just found you and now your gone, but will never be forgotten. 😢
Jeff Beck is the #GOATGuitarist IMO. Been fortunate to see him 14 times, including 11/1/22 in Phoenix, Arizona at The Celebrity Theater. If I was only allowed to listen to one artist/band the rest of my life it would be him. Thanks for posting this.
The last european concert. Moments to praise for Jeff Beck and Johnny Depp. Rarely we find two iconic persons together in a project, an album and their shared the same timing in stage. Johnny Depp sings and Jeff Beck responds throught his guitar accords to Johnny. Very good concert. Thank you for posting the full concert
@@413TomaccoRoad Jeff Beck is "this" and Johnny Depp is "that".... If this is not complicity among friends, what? Translation....May the word not be in use anymore....but what I ment by "complicity... is two persons thinking the same without sharing their thoughts at a specific time". So when Johnny Depp sings the timing of Jeff Beck using is guitar as a solist to respond to Johnny Depp voice is perfect. One does not need to know what the other thinks....their bond is so perfect at stage....that each one knows what the other is thinking. You may say it is acquired in rehearsals....May be....but not my feelings
Jeff Beck... A true master at his craft ( R.I.P ) Edit: His many crafts ! Also.... A Classic Hot Rod aficionado Man... I didn't know Johnny had those skillz & a pretty good voice ! Thank you for posting this show 💗
Decent video. I've watched Jeff live since around 1972. Always a great live show. And his collaberation with Johnny has made the band like it's two bands! LOL... When I first heard Isolation live I had to learn Jeff's licks. So now I play it when ever I can. Fun to jam on and sing live. Everyone thinks it's an original tune, unless they heard John Lennon's original version. Funny. I tell folks it's Johnny Depp and they don't believe he can sing... The dude can sing! And Jeff and he are great friends for many years, so it's a good match. Strange they have actually been playing music together for years. Thanks for posting.
Jeff beck was incredible …. If you don’t see it , you would not believe some of the sound he can make with the guitar , at some point when jeff play just with the keyboard player and his guitar started to sound exactly like the keyboard synth … Jesus I was so confused and amazed 🤯🤯🤯…, unbelievable touch with his fingers mixed with whammy bar and volume nob tricks … a master of the instrument like nobody else . What a legend
Jeff was always the greatest as far as I'm concerned! Very humble and just plain nice!! I first heard Jeff when Rod Steward came onto the scene and those two had it going!! Awesome.... RIP JB.......Will miss you!!!
Music is played in another dimension now sore on Jeff as a soul like yours never goes to rest ,just moves on Thank you for your contribution on Earth so many of Us has loved your performances 🎼🎵🎶💜💜💜💜💜
This is a very sad day of the music world...such a big loss. Thank you for everything!!! Rest In Peace Jeff Beck🕊 The uncopyable 🎸💜 (Yo, BIG UP for share btw!)✌
No one is. How will any of us know, we wont be here. They said the same thing about what's his name, the guy in charge of the Great Pyramid. And that wasn't even 5000 years ago.
R.I.P. Jeff Beck I don’t think we’ll ever see another like him. The Golden Age of Rock and the Blues has passed, when great music and players came to entertain and amuse us fans. We’re the lucky generation ( born in the 50’s) to have witnessed the birth of the greatest gender of music, from the late 50’s to the final years of AC/DC and others. Unfortunately, there are no new upstarts to keep up the true value of rock and blues ( except maybe Joe Bonomassa, John Mayer et al) And after watching Depp come on stage doing Link Wray’s “Rumble”, there may be a chance. Here’s hoping it happens in my lifetime ( I’m 66 and hanging on until…..). 😂👍🇨🇦🎼🎼
Thank you so much for posting this video, Aurens St. L.V. Lots of familiar stuff that took me down memory lane. There and Back album, Jeff Beck’s Guitar Shop, etc.
Ciao Jeff, grazie per questi 50 anni di musica, suonata come tu sei riuscito come pochi, pochissimi, e per tutte le volte cercando ho trovato amore nel mio cuore! A presto
"I Read The News Today, Oh Boy".... C R U S H E D ! ! ! I see Beck with this configuration (w/ Johnny Depp) as a return to his roots... Lord knows he's done everything else (musically) and he seems to enjoy it, and why would he even do it if he didn't... R.I.P. Jeff Beck... (was happy to find this video on my feed today so thanks for the upload, and I will revisit it often)... T R U T H
Many musicians have huge guitar 🎸 collections. Johnny being a millionaire and musician for many years, I wouldn't be surprised if he had a hundred or more! I'd love to know. There may be an interview somewhere, where he talks about it. He probably had around ten guitars for these tours.

I was planning to see him the next time he was in my area - just phenomenal how he maintained his high level of musicianship into his later years. His Live at Ronnie Scott's Blueray should be in every fan's collection. RIP. This is one of the best editions of Beck's bands I have heard by the way. Who is the drummer?
Jeff Beck súper guitarrista uno de los mejores del mundo y fue parte de la famosa invasión británica descanse en paz ahí te encontrarás con amigos Jones Lenon Harrison y otros

Jeff Beck was a ONE OF .Not only his innovative , envelope pushing style-but as man . He gave Depp a soft landing place , when even Keith Richards shied away.Don't blow it Johnny, it would be the highest insult to Jeff's memory.

If my bad arithmetic is right, Jeff Beck was 77 as of this concert. Looked as fit and well as many 60 year olds at least. Cause of death sounds extraordinary.
I love to hear his music, it is so soothing to my soul..I am not sure the song at 19:54 but just blow away.. RIP Jeff we love you and your music that you played like no other. Always!
Hi Clare, to answer your question, it is the track Midnight Walker released in 2022 on Jeff Beck's latest album which and in collaboration with Johnny Depp. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mcbtkE8XAaI.html&ab_channel=JeffBeck-Topic
