LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE i don't own the video, it for news and reporting purpose so sad to see our jeff went through this, david should be held accountable. Jeff wittek excavator footage with david dobrik operating it
if theres one thing i don’t understand about this situation is how david isn’t absolutely heart broken and apologetic on another degree after what happened… i couldnt imagine not feeling so so horrible doing that to my friend.
Jeff said in his video that he didn’t know he was going to go so fast. It went from being a fun little thing to David whipping him around at like 80 mph. Also, wtf did David suddenly stop obviously Jeff is going to keep accelerating due to centripetal force and collide with the excavator. Jeff was not in control and David caused the injury. And yes, it was a stupid thing to do, but blaming Jeff is terrible considering he didn’t have control over the machine + has serious permanent damage + was blackmailed and embarrassed by the footage
The speed the crane was going before the accident was absolutely insane, there is 100% no excuse for it to have ever gone that fast no matter what Jeff said or what they agreed on.
It was clearly David's lack of control over the machine that caused this injury, and he still neglects to hold himself responsible in any way which is crazy.
People saying it was Jeff's fault do not realize that had he not signed up for this stunt someone else would have. And this would have happened regardless of who was in that position. So yes, David did something stupid and he should pay the price.
David is fully to blame. He doesn’t know anything about those machines. He didn’t stop because he realized it was too fast or that Jeff panicked, he stopped because of a safety feature, you are not suppose to spin around that fast in one of those and if you do it automatically stops. David is fully to blame.
David should be going to jail for this. It's reckless endangerment and gross negligence resulting in serious injury. Have the police seriously not seen this? Jeff needs to press charges as well as the lawsuit.
