Jefferson Carriage House: One of the BEST Fried Chicken Buffets? 

The Jefferson Carriage house. Looks very interesting; that spread of food on that hot bar looked well prepared, eye appealing and very tasty. I guess, based on your reviews of the food y'all ate, it was so good it made you both walk back to the car on y'all eyebrows. Guess what? I know the secret recipe for that scrumptious chicken you both enjoyed greatly......and, I'm going to share it with you both now: It's, drum roll........, Shake -n- Bake, and, I helped!!!! Please do not share this secret with anyone. 🤣🤣🤣

Does the carriage house have chain restaurant establishments? I ask because, We have a Restaurant called The Carriage House in Natchez MS too, and their chicken is outstanding. Our location is also like a house type restaurant building. And the fried chicken is phenomenal. So Good, I had to look it up on RU-vid and thats how I landed on this video, lol. I wish i knew what they put in this Chicken. I secretly belive there's hot sauce in it , perhaps Crystal's hot sauce is what they used in the marinade that gives it that kick and a little extra red color. But hopefully I'll find something comparable or learn how to make it myself. Because I went back to my Natchez MS Carriage House location today just to get some chicken while I was in town. And it was $20 dollars for just a 2 piece chicken plate with Rice and gravy and green beans ☹️. The chicken tastes good and was worth it especially for me for taste test purposes but its best to go there and get the buffet you'd get more of your money's worth. But thanks for showing and teaching me that there may be other Carriage House locations and possibly hope for a recipe from Tom 😅😂 . Have a good one.
