David Freiberg is the oldest member @ 84 and he co-wrote Jane. the show: • Jefferson Starship Liv... shot on Sony rx100m7 #DeadMike #JeffersonStarshipLive #LiveRockConcert
@@allan4170 That is a problem these days isn't it? You shouldn't have to sell a kidney to see a good rock show. Most of them have now turned into "corporate sound and light extravaganzas" where many of the members of these classic bands don't even like each other. They say there doing it for the fans but we know better. Better to be honest and call many of these reunions what they are! "We did it for the money tours."
@@kingtrance307 I guess as albums are no longer selling , it could be a way to earn some bucks or lots 😀or just the desire to be playing live again which it will be valid as well . In the end is up to us if we want to or not . One thing I liked about the lockdown was that several artists did virtual gigs affordable to “assist” .
@@kingtrance307 I mean JS has a man older than Grace. But JS became Starship and then JS was restarted with some of the old members but not the two people who made it a success.
Mickey at 73 is still killing it vocally. This dude is attempting some of the most challenging vocals ever and for his age at time’s sounds good. They probably need a younger singer to pull this off
I hate to kick a person when they are down, but Frieberg should of quit at least 3 years before this sorry affair & he could pull this song off back in the day.. but Micky still pulls it off with his Starship live shows which has me in awe, its like his vocal chords have forgotten to age somehow!
yeah, but at least i got to hear the songs live one last time... i'd have to say the guess who was maybe a bit worse, altho still musically sound ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7zAtuZh2GBs.html
THIS Is Sad AF To See... 🙈🙉🙊 Just Saw Mickey Thomas A Few Days Ago...His Voice Is STILL Impeccable. THIS Band Is Out Of Tune, Vocals Are Awful, Guitarist Can't Even Play Craig Chaquico's Licks... Just Tragic To See This. David Freiberg PLEASE Retire. 😓
I guess if there is a more bastardized version of Jefferson Starship out there, I haven't seen it. I think Dave Frieberg must have gone to a local county fair and asked some people "Hey, you want to be in a band?"
@@nathancarpenter4929this incarnation of the band also performs “Nothing’s Going to Stop us Now” and “We Built this City.” It makes no sense for them to perform those songs as they sued Jefferson Starship for naming rights, legally making “Starship” a separate band. Yet, they’re capitalising on their songs they had nothing to do with.
