Not speaking about something publicly is not the same as "supporting". You don't know the legal background of the story - sometimes public statements hinder an investigation. As long as he speaks to the authorities, he does nothing wrong. You are often not even allowed to publicly talk about an ongoing investigation if you're involved in some way. You really don't know what information Jeffree passes to the police, so don't claim he straight up supports Dahvie.
