Welp, turns out that Colorado's case boils down to "it was insurrection because we say so, and he incited it because we say so". So far, the Supreme Court disagrees.

Its the CONSTITUTION. Since when must clauses of the Constitution be ratified, empowered, enacted and only have effect after an act of congress? How on earth does SCOTUS KNOW the writers of the Constitution WANTED just one state to do just this, ensure that no president be elected that an entire state believes is a crook? Surely THAT is vitally important. Is there ANY other constitutional clause that was deemed unenforceable until congress created a law to match it? How is this not simply a states rights issue? Is there anyting in this Constitutional Ammendment that indicates the writers did NOT mean a single state could 'decide the election for the whole country'

What does it say about Jeffrey Rosen when he only makes appearances on left-wing networks.
