@9:48 The care that they took with the intimate scenes in the early 2000s when they could have half @ssed it and we would have accepted scraps at the time, is always going to blow my mind. Cause you look at certain shows today *cough*TMS and the same level of intention isn't given to the intimate scenes of the only queer couple on that show. Just amazing. . Thanx for this upload. Why does that appears shocking for you that she speaks well? It's an educated woman. Most people who knows hw to read and write can articulate. How was she supposed to articulate like someone from the hood? Most people from the so called hood does also articulate well and have a grasp on Webster and colloqual verbiage. So agree with Jen about streaming residuals. I am still watching every series she was in. From Chicago Code, Proof, Taken, Lie To Me, and all of her movies. I was blessed to discover Militia this week! All of these series are still top streaming because she is phenomenal in every one. Hard to believe these incredible actors aren't getting residuals for making these platforms and networks rich. The L Word will ALWAYS be top streaming series forever!
It was such a pleasure to watch these brilliant women discuss the gay community and the problems that they face,and how important it was to give visibility to lesbians all over the world. They talked about community,the actors strike,AI and the danger it imposes,than LH and KM joined them and they talked about the festival their planing bringing every one together for joy and fun.The most important thing is storytelling which was emphasized over and over.

The L Word was a great show it was ground breaking. The L Word series had some great story lines. If you have good scripts and a dissent cast a movie or show will be great.

When I waatch this. Now I understand why the so clled conservatives are latching on to their Bibles. They see a show like one the have to be grooming young people. Although I don't care about what people want to be in their ives. As long as their not hurting anybody. I grew up in the 70s . A show like that would have been banned bck then. But, without looking at their show. I ask myself . Why?? Most hetero man get off on watching women together. That depends on the salacious act. Definitely had to be trashy Q. The L Word was respectfully done and appreciated by fans around the world. 2004 and they are still making new Jen and Bette musical videos here in 2023. That speaks to just how successful that show was.
Oh, many of us who frequented West Hollywood back in the day acted that way. Absolutely. A very clear, concise, and accurate depiction of what transpired.
