I thought EXACTLY those same things... Jennifer looks like a young Meryl Streep, and I'd never watched Rosie's show when it was one, and I'm kind of stunned how nice yet funny she is in this interview. Very sharp. I'm so impressed.

She is so beautiful! She actually was born in a town about 45 minutes away from where I live. It's funny how she sounded English any time she spoke around the time of when she was in P&P, but now she sounds American.

You really must watch The Camomile Lawn, Jennifer plays Calypso, a gorgeous woman.

she spoke with an american accent during the pride and glory red-carpet interview in 2009?? so is she an english or american? ... that's what you get when u're spending entire time bi-coastal developing ur acting career.... a terrific actress!

I loved her example of how she said that when she was little she would go from proper English to a really Southern accent!

so in other words the lady who played elizabeth is actually american!

Its so weird, who switches their casual accent so completely? Its like she hit 2005 and decided to switch to American.

Americans just don't want to accept it: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS ENGLISH ACCENT OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE. English accent of English is the English it self.

Would love to watch this as I think Jennifer Ehle is fantastic -- but sadly Rosie O'Donnell makes me want to vomit - so I'll give this one a miss.
