So she does eat not sugar. I workout 4-5 days a week. I take vitamins. I am 55 people guess me to be in my 40’s which is nice. I don’t dwell on it. I do it so I don’t walk around as an old person hunched over with a walker. Or be on a bunch of medication. That’s why. I don’t drink or smoke. I do McDonald’s on occasion and my husband and I go out to eat on occasion. No buffets. We are eating at home 80 percent. I am only famous to my family. I wish you all a good life. God bless.

My honest opinion about JLo is that she looks a healthy and fit 40 yrs.old. Majority of people think that 40 is old. It’s time to realize that 40 is not old. With proper care, diet and exercise many women on their forties look youthful and beautiful. I consider myself blessed because in four months I will be 47 yrs. old and I give all the highest glory, honor and praise to my amazing Almighty God! ❤

I exercise 7 days a week, each class is 45 minutes. Twice a week lessons: Standing yoga Advanced fully strength body strength Dance fitness Balance, brain & body Tai Chi Once a week lessons: General vinyasa flow Theta healing meditation Line dance I don’t each junk food and No coffee and soda. Why no coffee? I am almost 40 but I still have to show ID for buying alcohol. Which means people think I am not even 21! And I have been drinking coffee since 12 and alcohol since I was 17 (in Holland we can drink from 16 yr)

I'm 53 now but your perspective shifts, I feel like a ''baby old person'' and I think about longevity now, obsessing over tiny lines is behind me now. My grandma was 95 and didn't have wrinkles without using Botox. She did facials daily without skipping one day. Even if she was sick, she'd still take a moment to wash her face and moisturize at night.
She looks great for her age, but good genes help a great deal - my mom had 9 children, had never been hospitalized, and lived to 98 years still going to the bathroom 🚻 by herself the day she passed away - never drank alcohol or smoked her entire life - so, looking after your health is important- love everyone and be thankful - I am 65 years old and look like 50 eating normal food, nothing organic - did fitness training for 20 years - so - a healthy life reaps benefits - the body killers are alcohol , cigarettes, drugs, medicinal drugs - refrain from these and you could live to 100 years

I agree she does look good, not 25. moreso in her late 30's early 40's. Also doing intense sessions of cardio raises cortisol levels effects thyroid function and ages skin and body quicker. Intense cardio sessions burns sugars not fat tissue.
@@Erin-te8bl I am a coach and I myself have gone through transformations and through my experience, I can tell you. Only first 15 mins of cardio, it burns sugar. After 16th min, it will start burning fat tissues. HIIT/Cardio is for quick calories burn. Fat burn takes consistency, food and portion control, stress level management and resistance training. Anything till 20-30 mins per day should work positively on health.
Must be nice having a chef 🧑🍳 easier to stay on track, especially if you work most of the time and don’t have the energy to cook or even the money. Good for her!

Work out in moderation. We have children in college . We work two jobs . Exercise and diet in moderation . Watch your carb intake . I am most proud of the successful children I have raised . As Indian parents we want them to succeed .
It’s challenging to put an age on anyone these days, especially that I’ve seen 29 year olds looking at least 40. JLo definitely looks fab and can pass for 30, looks more youthful than at least 75% of those 35-50.
I "eat" olive oil - 500ml per WEEK. Besides natural vitamins, D3 magnesium, omega 3, vitamin C and 'lactoferin' (helps with the absobsion of iron, you can have lots of iron in the blood but not in the cells). I do not exercise, I just eat healthy (nothing wrapped), everything cooked the same day. No coffee, no alchohool. Rarely I consume fresh fruits or vegetables (I like them but they don't do me that good 😅). 40 years old now, 1.76 cm and 50 kg, I look better than in my 20's and my blood test are perfect. Forgot to say: no sweets, just natural honey and dark chocolate 85%. And yes, apple cider viniger helps you absorb the nutrients from your food, however I eat homemade pickles or sourcabage.
My grandma smoked, drinking alcohol every night, not much , one glass or two... drinks coffee more than water... when she died 93 years old, she didn’t have any wrinkles. She never didn't go to any fitness or jogging. How is your body is all about it. 😊😊
So what two foods does she avoid, coffee and alcohol? Those are drinks not foods. You should avoid foods that have any synthetic isolated chemicals and any refined grains and refined sugars. My waist is small but I used to hate my big butt, it’s bigger than the rest of my body. I used to cover myself in my teens. In my country they like skinny slim girls, I was known as the big girl despite being size 10! JLo and Kadashian sisters made me love myself again. My hubby also loves me big butt 😂

Latinas age really well because of their olive skin - the whiter you are the quicker you age. On top of that, she has the financial means to keep herself in shape with a personal trainer, organic food etc. I also believe she has some cosmetic surgery done on her face and body, although very subtle. I have exact same food and lifestyle routine as Jlo, actually that's the diet my family follows. Shakes in morning, Protein in afternoon, light fruit snacks, sometimes seeds. I avoid dinner. I never touched alcohol but I love sweets. I avoid the sun. I have Ashwagandha every few months, it calms my immune system.
I respect what Jen has been able to accomplish, even tho her assets is what got her famous, same with Kim K, her tape with that rapper made her famous. But the thing is, Jen has had surgery, where’s a ton of makeup, has hair extensions, colors her hair, puts on all these expensive things on her face to look younger, but if you catch them without all that they look their age. She doesn't have to struggle like the rest of us. She has absurd amount of money to continue to provide for her lavish and rediculous lifestyle. I shut it off. I'm 54 too but most of us kinda look our age and if u check her pics w/out make up she looks almost like a regular 54 yo, however she's had a lot of work done. I''m 63 and I looked younger than JLo in that photo when I was 54, without exercising, not dieting, and no plastic surgery. I practically eat everything. My favorite food are pizza, fries, cheesecake, baked macaroni, and I drink coke 3x a day or after each meal. Only I don't smoke nor drink. However, I believe that we would all level up in our looks, health and appearance - if we chose to - if we had hundreds of millions of dollars and a whole team whose job is to keep us fit, healthy and looking as fantastic as we possibly can. No. We don’t “have to” have a trainer or dietician or chef or nutritionist or top tier skincare/haircare experts or masseuse or assistants and SO MANY others whose job it is to keep us maintained at our highest potential in ALL areas of our lives and access to all the top notch products and services - but it sure would make an ENORMOUS difference if we did.🌺

I'm doing exactly the same what she's doing except working with private trainer. Drinking a lot of water , no sugar, no alcohol, no coffee,no junk food,tea sometimes only eat meat,fish,seafood and vegetables besides these taking collagen and vitamins that's it
I agree with her on a lot of things... but I do drink coffee bc of the benefits it has. I don't do alcohol either just occasionally. I'm 54 and I don't look it either. It's bc I eat Whole Foods, low carbs, high protein and high fat... good fat that is. I also workout 4-6 times a week. I am my own chef and nutrition specialist. It's my genes too though I won't lie. I have no procedure and I look just as good if not better.

Yes of course at her age is expected she cannot be completely wrinkle- free. However, she does not smoke, has a healthy diet and has a hard workout routine so even though she cannot be completely wrinkle-free she has LESS wrinkles than a smoker and looks better than most women in her age group.

I always looked young for my age, and still looked young at Jennifer's age. However, I no longer looked like 30 in my 60s, as my hair was thinning and had turned white, and my neck started looking like a turkey's around age 71. But I still looked younger otherwise, more like 40 than 70. Some people don't look that old in their 70s, but most people look old in their 80s. Plus, you may have dodged major illnesses for many years, but by 70s or 80s, many people start to get sick. I suddenly got sick at my current age of 72, but it put such a scare in me that I spent six months eating the healthiest I've ever eaten and taking great supplements and I have turned the illness around, and Im starting to look younger again, though I worry that I may not be able to be healthy and young looking in my 80s. I read lots of comments herein, and one person said something about vanity being problematic, and that struck a nerve...why do we honor beauty and youth do much anyway? Healthy body and mind, a sweet kind soul, and spiritual virtues are probably much more important than physical beauty. I love Jennifer Lopez, but she is not perfect, her diet is not perfect, she is honoring her beauty, fame, money, over humility and the average everyday person. She's in for big shocks when she gets a lot older and her looks and her health start to go. But I still really like her, as she has many wonderful qualities, an inner beauty that never seems to fade. But its like shes too focused on looking beautiful and being a star. But most of us want to look good and not show our age, and most of us want financial success and to be loved by many. Perhaps it has to do with can we be happy without it or is our happiness dependent on how we look and how much we succeed? Do we love ourselves with or without good looks, money, success? My grandmother looks so young and beautiful much more than other younger people. My grandmother was a real estate landlord so had a lot of wealth. She had a luxurious comfortable life and she never cooked. She had children in her 20s and then raised them comfortably when it was easier for her. She had maids, servants and even slaves. She lived in a beautiful big home with a lot of comfort. She had a lot of freedom and power due to her wealth so never had to tolerate anything from any man. She had good character so no physical intimacy without marriage, only after marriage. She never smoked and never drank alcohol. She had the power/option of divorce which most women did not have. She was Southeast Asian and the genetics she inherited from her mother/father was great. She always had a healthy diet and exercised regularly. These are the factors which truly matter.

Interesting. Well, I started drinking alcohol about 8 years ago, I used to smoke but quit 15 years ago, and I still drink coffee. I exercise when I have time. I'm not the committed type so I could never do what she does. All that being said, I may not look half as good and fit as her (but then again, if we had her kind of money we probably could), but I think I'm doing pretty good considering I'm almost 60. No matter what they write here... I’m 10 years younger, but I look older in person because I don’t have plastic surgery. I eat healthy and I'm slim. But I don't exercise, so JLo is in much better shape than many much younger women. Therefore, we can say that she is 20 years younger than her peers!!!
