Wasn't zucchini mentioned as a healthy option in other videos? Trying to avoid or minimise vegetables he doesn't recommend, I feel like there is not too many left to eat in the end 🤔
I agree with Dr Sinclair on most of the things he is speaking about, such as periodic fasting, which I've promoted and subjected myself to for over a decade. It's absolutely vital to eat less food, and less often. But he is absolutely wrong about healthy people eating plants. The longest living people on earth are meat eaters. This is Scientifically Peer Reviewed Empirical Fact. Plants have evolved a great deal of defenses over the millennia against being eaten, and thereby do great damage to many of us when consumed. Many plants are HORRIBLY unhealthy for you, and your gut biome. There are some plants that are very healthy, such as blueberries, Strawberries, spinach and broccoli. But meats are the only way to get all the essential amino acids, and the best amino acids. Most vegan's are very unhealthy and have multitudes of sicknesses and other health problems. I did nutritional research for decades, and we constantly saw this to be true. I've also been a nutritionist, physical trainer and sleep coach for more than 37 years. And the fact is that the best blood panels in history, when it comes to diets, come from the carnivore diet. I don't promote it normally, because I believe a little more balance in this day and age is better. But facts are facts. While some specific plants are very healthy for us, the mass majority of them are extremely unhealthy for us.
Wooow!! That's so great. The best thing is that she gives us the belief that we can live a healthy and happy life even in 90. Only what saw white bread, cooking food in oil, shop honey that's not acceptable every day!
I am 251 years old. I only sleep during the day. This way, I save every day of my life, and only daylight contributes to your age. The longer you sleep, the more you save. I plan to live for 400 years, at least by sleeping more. My life starts after dark. I only consume flying insects because they are high in protein and nutrients. The other thing is that I try to avoid women and stay single. Women create stress and anxiety. A man can easily lose half his age when dealing with a woman. I do not drink alcohol and keep a rooster as a pet.

clickbait !! look carefully at her face- she looks not 59, she looks 89. Every nonsense mainstream dietitian is advising- she follows.. based on this 'wonderful' guidance (high carb overload with all the fruits, veg. and grains) average lifespan of American is going down now.. wow, what an achievement. Make sure you cut on red meat, lol.
Some misleading information in the video. What negative information about eating fruit!? Sugar doesn't cause diabetes 2. Sugar is secondary, not primary cause of diabetes 2. Fat toxicity is the problem. When buildup of fat in the cells of our muscles, liver, and pancreas causes insulin resistance and can interfere with insulin's ability to open glucose gates and allow blood sugar in....So no matter how much insulin we have in our blood, it's not able to sufficiently open the glucose gates, and blood sugar levels build up in the blood.
Asiaten sehen ohnehin anders aus und für einen wie mich sieht er jung aus, aber das hat garnichts zu sagen in den Video sieht man es ohnehin nicht genau
My eldest uncle passed away at 92 while going to the restroom in the middle of the night, slipped and fell. His head was injured and died quietly; nobody knew until the next day. Before his death, he smoked, drank, and ate everything but in moderation - always! He was 5'8 ft in height and weighed 156 lbs thru out his life.
I had stopped drinking coffee for years because it is said they have bad PH. But now I will rethink this. And I love hot chocolate and tea. And pomegranate juice. No probs!!!
My mother stopped working at age 69 as a farm laborer. She loved her mangos, avocados, bananas but she also loved her Mexican bread. She lived to be 92.
