We knew she was on her phone around 2 am because she admitted to being on there looking at information about camp so she can't say someone else used her phone to google that then deleted it bc she admitted to googling it after they found him with the same mis spelling..she is a f'ing liar

The testimony about Karen Read is interesting. So far they have established she is kind, giving, affectionate, modest and was also bullied by people she thought were her friends. Calling that motive is victim blaming. That's a pathetic road to go down.

The witnesses (Albert’s and McCabe’s, etc) have not been charged with any crime (even after an FBI investigation of over a year or so), whether certain people like it or not. It is what it is and that should be accepted regardless of their own personal opinion. It is off and wrongful to try and intimidate them or the judicial process and the jury, which should be allowed to run its course and make their decision without any wrongful interference. If they were so sure KR is innocent they should be no need for to act in this manner and people that believe KR is guilty are not standing outside the court house with banners etc, saying “Cop Killer” or “F*** KR”!

What about all the other deletes.

Jurors don’t like when attorneys get hostile towards witnesses. Jen went toe to toe with the defense and stood her ground. But we shall see what other evidence comes in and ultimately what jury will conclude.

After Friday, I thought Jen was very credible & believable….but after the defense had their cross, I no longer believe that. Her being harrassed should not be relevant to the case of John's death.

Even IF Karen accidentally killed John, there is still way too much reasonable doubt. You don't just accidentally butt dial someone 6 times or while you're having s@x. Those two things just don't happen. Plus, "the guy " text = Reasonable doubt.

I always love hearing from you Vinny. My only complaint about Court TV is that almost every time lawyers are interviewed, it is obvious to ANYONE who is actually watching the trial they are giving opinions based on headlines and NOT from watching the trial themselves. There are sooo many trial lawyers and other experts on RU-vid who are watching the trials. Why not get their opinions?? It is frustrating to listen to the interviews and having no doubt that these people rarely have all the facts. Sometimes they even have the facts wrong because of bad reporting by MSM.

Not surprising KR (as an obviously overly jealous person) wouldn’t want JO around the Sullivan sisters….stunningly attractive with vibrant personalities (absolutely gorgeous inside and out). It seems JO had decided he just wasn’t in to KR as a partner and potential wife, but she wasn’t getting it, which could’ve been an even bigger turn off if she was acting desperate and a stage 3 clinger. We know from her own words she wasn’t supposed to be staying at JO’s house that night. I think he possibly told her he didn’t want her to come in to the Albert’s and to just go home and she flew in to a fit of rage (may be that was the final straw that triggered her off - possibly mentally/emotionally unstable and alcohol just fuelled the fire).

People keep talking about Karen's face of disgust or smiling or whatever, but if any of us were on trial for our freedom, based on the lies of the possibly guilty, wouldn't you be the same or worse?

Whether or not Karen is guilty, I'm leaning towards not guilty as of right now, one thing is for sure - Jen McCabe comes off as a terribly nasty human being as does her husband. They both seem like such obnoxious and toxic people.

Why wouldn’t prosecutor stress the point of her deleting footage from the ring cams at John’s house and how she incriminates herself by telling Higgins she knows where the cameras are.

At around 5am (before JO’s body was discovered) Karen Read called Kerry Roberts and said “John’s dead, Kerry, Kerry, Kerry” then “I’m afraid John might be dead, he might have got hit by a plow, he did not come home last night” She then said “I remember leaving him at Waterfall”. Then Jen said “No I saw you pull up to my sisters house”. At some point in the conversation Karen said “what about my taillight, what about my taillight” Kerry Roberts then looked and saw there was a piece missing. Why is this witch hunt/smear campaign of innocent people allowed to continue?

First off, all of these pp driving and partying at pp's house and with pp that arrest citizens of drinking and driving are all out and about driving and drinking. Witness's testify to seeing a Jeep, and a Plow Higgins, I do believe, Julie calls for a ride, yet when ride shows up behind KR vehicle and Julie goes back to drink more at the party? How do we know if any of these vehicles hit him and knocked him off of KR's vehicle? we don't know. Did Julie's ride hit him, Higgins plow truck hit him, others that came and left??? Most of the witnesses have contradicted their statements

If forensic data can lie, Vinnie should stop tackling Kohberger, Stern and Heuermann. All 3 are innocents.

IMO Jenn McCabe is involved in some way. I didn’t have an opinion in the beginning but now, I’m sure Jenn is full of it. IMO she’s involved in coving something up or is coving up for someone else or is guilty herself. She was squirming on that hot seat. Her body language said it all. But her words and the way she said them is what really did her in. And, she is NOT John’s friend. Just by the way she reacted. No way was she friends with John. No way, what so ever. She showed no care nor remorse that John is gone. She was more concerned with defending herself. If John was a friend you would have heard something in her voice to indicate that she’s upset over his death. I heard nothing but self. And yes, I heard her whole testimony. I do not think she should be harassed but I do hope that she switches places with Karen because I personally think she has some involvement deeper than just being a witness. She’s not just a witness imo. All of this is just my opinion at this point in the trial. No one deserves to be harassed or harmed. Let justice do its job. It will be interesting to see how this all irons out.

Brian Higgins answered those silly cat and mouse questions Karen asked him like any adult man would and should. She started it trying to entice him into an affair. He wanted to see if she was just playing games with him. Then he could decide if he wanted her more than his friendship with John O'Keefe.

Karen is guilty of hitting John with her wheels, with as much concern as backing up and hitting his wheels the next morning. If not for a blogger named Turtleboy this case would of moved forward and Justice for John O'Keefe would of happened already instead the police force he served was mocked and ridiculed, his friends and their families were mocked and ridiculed, his family including his niece and nephew have been through hell and back for no reason all because the woman who hit their son/brother/uncle had a blogger who wanted public attention and ran his mouth off.
