@@coolL9457 youre totally right. I have lived my whole life in the countryside and just looking and hearing what people in cities mostly do is kinda sad. They cant even do the simpliest tasks we do to keep on living here at the farm and lets not even talk about the hard work farmers do to keep the food coming for others because thats something they simply just cant do. For starters they need to try playing farming simulator for 10h a day and set the crop grow rate to realistic, that might help to understand its not fast or easy to make money/food to itself and others. Also looks like some guys cant take facts so they are just crying to you

I really enjoyed this series and it goes to show how great Jeremy Clarkson is as a presenter. He never fails to keep the audience engaged. Even with the his crazy antics at times he still gets the real message through. It was wonderful from start to finish. I really hope they green light season 2.

The rapport that Jeremy and Kaleb has is quite something special. If Jeremy didn't acknowledge what Kaleb can do and his ability, there is no way he would put up with his cheek and at times, rudeness. It is very clear that they both like each other very much although I doubt either of them would admit it! It also shows how humble Jeremy actually is and has revealed a side of him many of us, including myself, would not of thought to be one of his strong characteristic traits. So many treasures in this series.

I wonder if just possibly letting somebody who knows about agricultural plant and the requirements of that particular farm choose a suitable new tractor might have had a more efficacious result. We would still get the laughs from the patron's cack handed lack of relevant skills and Caleb would have had a useful new tractor to get on with the work as soon as the film crew have gone away.

Try Harry's Farm, (on RU-vid)(Harry Metcalf, of Harry's Garage fame, also the founder of EVO magazine) he is a proper working farmer, Unlike this made for tv stuff, Has a better knowledge of cars than Clarkson as well. :)

My son and I finished watching all 13 years of Top Gear. For the third time. It was incredibly sad to see it go. We started GT for the second time. Watching the gents drive in and seeing how happy they were was amazing. As May would say gives you the Fizz. We are still hoping they will get another weekly show. Peace.

I've seen the usual tv farm stuff but never the workings of it all. Wierd thing is... I don't find this that big. My dad was a dealer and mechanic in farm machines, so i grew up around them. He didnt sell this size everyday but it was not uncommon. And he sold much larger machines too! Guess everything is a little bigger in the Netherlands with huge farmlands

Same here. Everything we had in Western Australia was bigger than this.

Netherlands Aus etc. have more flat land. This part of the UK is hilly and idyllic (which is why Jeremy wants to live there).

Wait a sec I just thought of something Clarkson at one point drove a tractor on a challenge on top gear and wasn't good at it now he's in one and is kinda a expert at driving it he must of had lessons
