No, i would buy a JCB Fasttrac 4000. It has 4 wheel steering, so needs a smaller turning circle, and it is faster than your Lamborghini. 60-65 kph instead of 50 kph your Lambo can reach.
There are already enough arguments between the neighbours when cars aren't properly parked in the assigned spaces on my estate. I shudder to imagine what kind of armageddon would ensue if they found a Lamborghini tractor blocking the entrance!
Can't wait for season 2 and especially how the cost of living crisis is impacting the farm and farmers (Clarkson did an excellent job of bringing to light the issues faced by farmers trying to make ends meet in season 1)
Why would the school teach you how farming looks like? If you were in farming school then yeah that makes sense, but in normal school? Wtf? Also how exactly do you expect going to the museum teaching you how farming works?
@@jkgf4671 Why would school teach geography? Like, if you want to travel you will see the countries. And why would you want to teach children about the history and development of culture, including arts, farming, engineering and social progress? Yes, what for? Why teach maths? If they want to work at a supermarket they'll have an electronic till. Why did I even learn English, French and Spanish as foreign languages? Why my native tongue? Wouldn't grunting and pointing be sufficient means of communication? Why museums? Why should anybody care? Why should we want to know something about farming and the ways food is produced? I mean, I dont get my milk from a dirty cow, I buy it in the supermarket. Yes, wtf? Why should anyone be educated at all?
@@Turbine030 You learn basics about geography... Like names of continents, countries and their capital cities, names and locations of oceans and seas... You are learning basics of history... You are learning basic math and then if you are going to be engineer you will learn advanced maths... When I read your comment I had my doubts about your "arguments" and statements, but this one is beyond idiotic... "Why teach math?" You seriously asking that question? xD Again, you are learning only BASICS of foreign languages... If you want to learn more then you have to go to university or get an advanced course... And another statement that makes you sound like an idiot... No, "grunting and pointing" are not sufficient ways of communications... We also learn BASICS of farming... Like where does milk come from, how bread is made, how fields are sown etc... Basic knowledge is taught in school and ADVANCED when you are going to school that have a profile that require you to have SPECIFIC ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE... Geez... You are a perfect example of why schools should teach logical thinking...
I learned to drive a good old Massey-Fergie tractor years ago here in NZ! Nice and simple - easy to drive! My favourite drive was an old Series II Landrover - awesome fun to drive!
Now all tractors have wireless control, control from the outside, you can safely adjust the coupling with towed equipment such as plows or cultivators and other structure towing machinery. Using better external control systems. For safety reasons, it has been done this way for a long time. By starting the tractor and using the control panel outside the tractor, you can safely operate the coupling. Control from the outside. This was not the case before. You have to climb in and out several times whether or not there are connections. Time consumption until the connection will be good. Use better control wireless. Exchange the tractor for a newer one. You will find it easier to work in life. 😎👍💪
Lol, props to her patience. However my word she creates a lot of extra work for herself. If you can see it out the cab its fine. Part of the whole reason tractors are designed that way is so you don't have to get in and out so much. Then again, she was dealing with Jeremy Clarkson of all people.
Having to constantly go up and down the ladder into the cab is probably why you don't want a massive tractor like this one. Alternatively you could get an assistant to help but Jezza was meant to hook things up by himself.
Read the instructions. One of the joys of a new toy is reading the instruction manual. Imagine selling your car after 5 years only to discover you've unwittingly been in eco mode and had another 100hp unused...
That seems to be a lot of unnecessary safety precautions, when I mount something on my tractor I use a sledgehammer, never turn off the engine, and raise/lower the linkage while I'm standing on it, or the machine I'm attaching. For the second time in world history, you should've used speed and power.
From about 3:20? That's part of the 'Jupiter' movement from the "Planet Suite" by Gustav Holst. It's also used as the music for the hymn "I Vow to Thee My Country".
Seriously, it’s scripted to have him run up and down the ladder, no one does that; when I hook anything up It’s basically back up until I’m 10 cm from the implement, get out and make sure the arms are aligned with the life bolts if necessary, and that the lock pins are open, back in an reverse the last bit and lift the arms from the cab, get out one more time to make sure the lock pins are locked, attach the top arm and that any hydraulic or electric connections are attached, that’s it. And no one stops the engine unless absolutely necessary.
Literally nobody gets out the tractor to check and then gets back in, they just reverse up hitch it up and then get out to secure the hydraulics and stuff
What series will Clarkson have to quit due to pressure and regulations and be forced to sell to Bill Gates/Blackrock? And will the show be renamed as Bill's Farm or Gate's Farm?
