Great to see Jeremy again, I remember Haysi Fantayzee well, they were good, a fun pop group. I would not have known it was him but now I can recognise him.
@@phillipcarter8045 lol - he was part of the grunge movement before it actually became a thing ! He honestly looked like he'd just crawled out of a dustbin !
Jeremy Healy, one of the best vinyl DJs ever - and I was a professional raver so saw them all. You always rocked the dance floor, thanks for the great choons and phat mixing! Oh the early 90's... Those were the days...
Jeremy I had the 'Battle Hymn' album when it came out while I was a teen living in a small rural town in America and absolutely loved every song and could never understand why it wasn't a huge hit
You Guys were and always gonna be simply amazing 👍👌✅ i was not yet 11 years old and Haysi Fantayzee was my First EP and musicaly „waking up“ ❤️❤️❤️ ThanX 4 ur awesome influence 🙏🖖
Boy George stole his look from Jeremy. George was also annoyed by the fact that John Wayne Is Big Leggy was in the charts before Culture Club's first single.
He was a child prodigy ..super intelligent and an amazing table tennis player ..he was a student at my dad's tt club (when he turned up) I remember him winning an inter schools championship left handed and playing penhold..
In my opinion, I always felt European or English musicians or acts purely originated their own creative original sound, material and were complete trend setters especially during the eighties.
I liked their album, such a good album especially as they only did it for fun and tongue in cheek, but it all made sense later on as i used to like Marc Bolan and T Rex and i think they had an influence on Hazy. If memory serves me right Marc Bolan had written one of the songs on the album and his old producer Tony Visconty produced this Hazy album as well.
When they came out I was a kid in Albuquerque. This guy who worked at a record store I went to was excited by stuff he had bought on a trip to Los Angeles. I have loved my Shiny Shiny 12' ever since that day. (Had to have it- that fiddle in it was so different from 'Hee-Haw.- a TV Show.)
Your a Smart man Jeremy your so Amazing thankyou for uploading your old songs .I had 1st vaccine yesterday feeling under weather. Seeing and hearing from you makes me smile .. 😃 ..Hazey Fantazee love you and Kate....cha cha cha 👏😍❤
Ha, I remember seeing this band and thinking they looked like a bunch of squatters and now I find they were lol (which I was too so no shame there hehe), seems like a decent bloke, good on him
lucky lucky fella ! (IMO) SOUNDS AND LOKS LIKE HE HAD , AND STILL IS , HAVING PROPER FUN ! GOOD ON YA SON ! AND YES , ALL THE NAYSAYERS REALLY WANNA BE YOU !
Looking good you get older the talented beautiful wacky people have a terrible time all over Haysi Fantasi were a bit whacky Im watching pre war john wayne films today after re hearing the song , John Wayne quality guy , he would of cracked up
I hated Haysi Fantayzee, everything about them sorry to the fans however but it's nice to see how intelligent he is and to be honest he appears to be a nice guy
@@ritahorvath8207 I also happen to watch stuff that I don't like from time to time. And sometimes even put a comment beneath it. :) - I mean, I can understand that peope don't like Haysi Fantazee. It was very special, it was not so much about musicianship, but about performance. People who had grown up in the 70s often did not take to it. Yet I loved and still love them. Healy and Garner were just outstandig, and of course Caplin at the mastermind in the background. They expressed the spirit of these times. And watching their videos and performances, I immediately have a crush for Kate again.
